I’m a sinner. A criminal.
The beast that will never let her go...

Everyone in England knows the name Casper Jameson. They know that I’m a cruel bastard with no regrets when it comes to dealing with those that cross me. They fear me; a man with no morals. Someone cold—without a weakness.

Until I see her...

She’s beautiful; a delicious temptation standing across the room from me without a care. Unaware of the danger that lurks—that this man wants to consume her.

I’m going to own her every sigh.
Taste her every moan.
Drown in her pleasure.

Let the bloody chase begin.

Elena M. Reyes is the epitome of a Floridian and if she could live in her beloved flip-flops, she would.

As a small child, she was always intrigued by all forms of art: whether it was dancing to island rhythms, or painting with any medium she could get her hands on. Her passion for reading over the years has amassed her with hours of pleasure, but it wasn't until she stumbled upon fanfiction that her thirst to write overtook her world.

She’s a short and sassy Latina with an adorable pup, a kiddo that keeps her on her toes, and a husband who claims she’ll cause him to go bald prematurely. Lol

This one was a bit of a mixed bag for me. One one hand, I love this author's writing style. The book was well written and well paced. The plot kept me interested and turning the pages. The sex scenes were hot. There was basically no angst and no OW or OW drama. It had a good cast of secondary characters, and both Casper and Aurora were both very likable main characters.

However, as a couple they fell flat. They just didn't spend enough time together for me to feel like there was anything more than sex between them. They'd have sex for a few days, then Casper would leave for weeks. Have sex again for a few days, and he'd literally leave for MONTHS with little to no communication...rinse and repeat for the entire damn book. That aspect just didn't work for me. My other issue was that the ending felt rushed. In any case, I still love this author and Thiago & Luna have intrigued me since book one, so yours truly will wait first in line to get her grubby hands on that one!

Elena M. Reyes has done it again. Covet is sexy, hot, and action packed from page one. From London to Chicago, Casper's dropping bodies as often as he's dropping Aurora's panties. Follow the long, emotional road to Happily Ever After with a super power-couple.

Honestly...there wasn't a HERO yet that simply overruled the story in whole...

BUT even though I liked the story on its own (with the minor lack in tempo and pacing until the very end), I was simply taken by the HERO - damn...just damn...

and I really have nothing else to say...LOL

this is my vision of Casper jameson

Beautiful Sinner are alpha males, bloody bad guys, hot as hell and when they love is with everything they have... body, mind and soul.

The suspense and action continued in this second installment. It was a smooth reading with likable characters, steamy scenes and a good plot. I loved Casper and Aurora, they are so hot and explosive together. I would have liked them to spend more time together. Even though, is a great reading.

I love Elena's writting. Her letters catches you and engulf you. She certaintly have the talent. And I'm ready for the next Beautiful Sinner.

Honestly, I hadn't read this author before I signed up to read Covet. I received a copy of Sin also so I started with that. I'm a weirdo who HAS to read the series in order, even if they aren't completely connected. I'm the same with TV shows. Can't pick up in the middle and keep watching. It's a sickness I tell you.

Anyhow, Covet. How do you explain Casper? Well first, know that you really should read Sin first. And once you read Sin (content warning as some readers might not like the grittiness of Sin and this series), you know what kind of stories this series will be. Casper is a killer - there's no way around that, and he enjoys what he does. But every person he kills has done a wrong against him and/or someone he cares about. I don't think he would be out killing just for funsies.

So know going in, this story is darker but isn't any less enthralling than some other dark authors/stories. I will definitely keep with this series/author because I want to see how the last 2 guys fall.

Covet by Elena M. Reyes was a steamy and suspenseful story with two great main characters. The second book in the Beautiful Sinners series, this story had angst and action and some seriously hot romance.

“For her, I’ve become a stalker. The lion in our private game of chase.”

Aurora and Casper were both individually unique and engaging characters. They both grew up with a criminal element within their families, but each was affected by it in different ways. I loved how they forged a connection from their very first encounter. They were hot and heavy from the start, and their passion only became more intense after time. Aurora was a great mix of sweet and sassy and had a strong core that came out when needed. I loved Casper and his affection towards her; he knew what he wanted and that was her and no one else. He was ruthless and didn’t shy away from violence, and his possessiveness and loyalty made him a great hero. He made me mad a few times with his lack of communication during the times they were apart, but he definitely made up for it. The chemistry between them was well written and the intimacy they shared was full of passion.

“Together we’re an exquisite explosion. An unavoidable catastrophe we will morph into a beautiful beginning.”

The plot of the story flowed well and included some great twists at the end. I loved the action that took place at the end, and how everything came together for them. This is a great series for anyone who enjoys mafia romance. I am really looking forward to reading Thiago’s story next!

Casper Jameson is hotter than hell and I am in love with him.

Covet is the story of British mob boss Casper and American mafia boss's daughter, Aurora.

The two meet at one of Casper's bar's in London and it is very much an insta-lust kind of situation. The two are infatuated with one another from the get go. Mrs. Reyes definitely knows how to kick off a book with a bang 😉

Covet struck me as different in the sense that despite the insta-lust the two main characters spent a lot of time apart and I love long distance relationships. Casper is one of the most feared men in the UK and has a lot of responsibilities and obstacles keeping him from Aurora. She has her dad to deal with.

They came out on top though but not without a fight. Elena knows how to fog up those Kindle screens and I needed to wipe mine down a time or two, that's for sure. The sex scenes were HAWT! I'm talking pure 🔥🔥🔥

The author had obviously done her research because being an American author writing about the UK couldn't have been easy and yet, she was so accurate and descriptive, you'd think she lived here. With cameos of characters, old and new, (Malcolm from SIN that I loved and Thiago and Callum and Luna and another very special lady I'm SO excited to read about *hopefully* in the very near future!) and a great blend of action, steam, heat, mystery, romance, humour and even a little bit of heart warming/touching moments thrown in, COVET is highly recommended!

This was well written. It was not as enjoyable for me as Sin was. Aurora and Casper spent a lot of time apart and I mean a lot of time. It was difficult to get attached to them as a couple. It was as if the romance was in the background not the forefront of the story.

"My wrath will never reach her. She'll never be buried beneath the weight of my darkness."

Casper was a quiet storm, sinfully singing the pages, his power hypnotizing, even after a one night stand, he conquered Aurora's heart and mine with one fell swoop. They burned the pages, pushing and pulling, each an equal match their stories building and twisting together for surprises and intensity abound. I enjoyed every second and can't wait for more!! I thank the Author for providing a copy to review!!

Get ready for a wild ride! This is book two in the Beautiful Sinner Series and follows criminal and head of the Jameson Syndicate, Casper Jameson. He may be a ruthless man but when he meets Aurora Conte, she might be the one person to make his walls crumble...around his heart. Can this crime boss protect Aurora while trying to run an Empire? A delicious romantic suspense with a swoon worthy bad boy. If you haven’t started this series, well what are you waiting for? Plenty of action, suspense, and heat to keep you going. This can be read as a stand-alone; told in dual POV

Another Mafia romance and I love Casper but unfortunately I felt like something was missing. I was hoping for a twist or some angst but this one is smooth riding. Don’t get me wrong the sex was extremely hot but I needed a more connection for Casper and Aurora. We got more action of a Mafia lifestyle. Can’t wait to read Thiago and Luna’s story next though!

Gah! I thought Sin was a hot and steamy read, but this book it's so damn hot and unpredictable, it's takes your breath away 🔥🔥🔥 And these hot things start from the first page!!! 🔥🔥🔥
This book should come with a warning not to read on the train 🤭 Elena calls herself "just a girl who loves to write dirty books". So trust me when I say she writes with masterly skills and not just 😉.
It was a wild and crazy story that provides a insight view of the mafia lifestyle and their crazy unstable family relationships.
It's a brutal and reckless story.
Casper, the head of a mafia family, is relentless to his enemies and is a wild beast when is comes to betrayal, but it's the most loyal person when it's comes to family and friends.
He is like Jekyll and Hyde 🤷🏻‍♀️
He has only one weakness and that's Aurora aka Gem.
The incredible force of attraction between Aurora and Casper makes you swoon and smile, but mostly sweat 🤭, from the beginning to the end.
This book is a constant overload of action, excitement and always some state of expecting something terrible to happen. I loved this perfect whirlwind-mafia romance and
I really enjoyed this hot as hell and crazy love story.
I'm looking forward to Thiago's and Luna's book at the beginning of 2020.

One look across a pub changes everything. Will they find a way to make it work?

I loved the struggles these characters had and how they were determined to find a way to make it work. I didn't blame her for being hesitant to trust him after her past growing up, but loved how she didn't deny what her heart wanted. I loved how when he messed up he was determined to do whatever it took to when her back. Great read and cannot wait to see what this author comes up with next!

Who doesn’t love a mafia book? This one was a good one but not as strong as Sin. The characters didn’t spend enough time actually together to me to make a relationship believable. They had strong connections with one-another but threw in the towel several times very easily or wouldn’t keep in contact. It seemed too “wishy washy” and made it frustrating. Overall it’s a really good book with suspense. It just needed more in the relationship department to connect everything. As always though the writing style of the Author is really good.

Covet is a mafia suspenseful romance between mob boss Casper and Aurora. The steamy sexy scenes between the characters were odd the charts. The plot was developed consistently throughout, but I felt I needed more towards the end of the story. Overall, a good mafia read that will have you turning the pages!

❝ She’s made me break my rules.❞
Covet is book two in the Beautiful Sinner Series by Elena M. Reyes I have been looking forward to Covet since the day I finished SIN! If you thought Sin was hot, you haven’t seen nothing yet! Although this is a series, the books are interconnected standalones so you don’t have to read them in order BUT with that being said, I’m glad I read Sin first since there are characters from that story that we get to catch up with in Covet. Told in dual POV you aren’t going to want to miss this steamy, suspenseful, mafia romance!

❝ Such a beautiful chaos.❞
Casper Jameson, the head of the Jameson Syndicate based out of the UK. Casper is ruthless and everywhere he goes, in the UK or America, people know he isn’t one to be crossed.

Casper is out for a few drinks with his crew, trying to unwind after a shipment that went wrong when a bombshell catches his eye.

He’s immediately smitten and with a few glances and a bit of conversation, he takes her home with him.

After a wild night together, Aurora discovers that there is more to Casper then she expected.

He’s a criminal, a mobster, a bad guy… just like her father.
❝ I’ll always be the same depraved arsehole, but with an exception now. Gem is the exception.❞
So she runs.

But she doesn’t get far.
❝ For her, I’ve become a stalker. The lion in our private game of chase.❞
Aurora Conte is the heir to the Boston mob king, but she wants nothing to do with that lifestyle.

Even though there is a pull towards one another that neither of them understands, their story is all too familiar to Aurora. She refuses to go down down the same path that her mother did, with a man that chooses “the” family instead of “his” family and she can’t trust her heart with a man that’s just like her father.
❝ He’s nothing but bad news wrapped up in a handsome package. A beautiful disaster. This man has heartbreak written all over him, and I’m going to be damaged goods after he leaves.❞
But the pull between them is just too strong to deny, and Casper doesn’t give up easily.

Just as Aurora starts to give in to the idea of “them” something unexpected happens within Casper’s family and he’s called away.

Leaving their relationship in a state of confusing lingo for months on end.

Aurora already has such a preconceived notion of “men like him” and the distance makes her insecurities run wild.

Even with an ocean separating them Casper is never far from his Gem. Showing up ecspecially when she needs him the most and always making sure she’s protected… even if she doesn’t know it.
❝ Together we’re an exquisite explosion. An unavoidable catastrophe we will morph into a beautiful beginning.❞
But while Casper looks into what’s happened, making those who hurt someone close to him pay all over the world. A rival crime family steps in trying to steal territory… and Aurora.

Can Casper continue running his empire while also protecting Aurora?

Can two members of opposing crime families find their happy ending?

You’ll have to check out Covet to find out!
❝ Aurora looks like the sweetest mess for me. Like a bad decision under the design of a priceless jewel. Like a gem. The kind I’ll covet.❞

Covet kept me right on the edge of my seat until the very end! As the story progressed I was doing my best to try and guess who was up to no good, and who was behind what happened. Let me just tell you, there was ONE thing that I guessed right. The rest I had NO FREAKIN CLUE! I LOVE being surprised by endings. It doesn’t happen often. I’ve read so many books that I can usually guess pretty quickly, but with this one, I was left with my jaw on the floor!
❝ Her body calls to mine like a siren’s song.❞
Casper, the sexy and vicious mob boss is all kinds of dangerous and protective and if you hurt the people he cares about… well, let’s just say he’s got a pair of karambit’s with your name on them! The times that he was affectionate towards his Gem *SWOON* I think I highlighted damn near everything he said to her. For such a hardcore ruthless killer, he’s a total sweetheart! He made sure Aurora knew from the very beginning that he wanted her and no one else. Aurora belonged to him. He may have messed up a few times as far as communicating with her, but she was never far from his mind and she was ALWAYS protected.

Aurora is my favorite type of heroine! She’s sassy and has no problem standing up for herself. She stands up for herself and doesn’t back down from anyone, not even Casper. I felt for her while she grieved for her mother and I loved how understanding she was when Casper had to do what he had to do and although I wanted to be mad at her once she stopped understanding, I couldn’t. He broke his promise. He didn’t call and I know I would have felt the same, especially with the insecurities she already dealt with.
❝ You’re my Gem because you’re trouble under the disguise of a priceless jewel. Rare and hidden, but once found, they come attached to a heavy price tag. A life of servitude.❞

Casper and Aurora are freaking smoking HOT!!! Seriously you guys, the steam in Covet is on point!!! These two are hot and heavy right from the very start! As the story unfolds their relationship just becomes more and more intense and the passion between them continues to flame. The push and pull between them just make the times they are together even hotter. Ya’ll better have a change of panties when you start reading this one!
❝ From the moment I laid my eyes on her face, I’ve become an addict. Wanting more. Needing her closer. it’s something that makes absolutely no sense, but I’m not fighting either. It just is. We just are.❞
The only thing I would have liked to have seen more of was Casper and Aurora spending a bit more time on the same side of the ocean. But because of the plot of the story and what was going on, I totally understand why the story was the way it is, and it all worked out perfectly in the end.

I have been obsessed with Reyes‘s work ever since I first got my hands on Sin! Elena is the freaking BOMB at writing these sexy alpha mobsters along with their leading ladies who although have an innocence to them, still have that backbone that I love in heroines. Her flow, her style, she is most definitely one of my one-click authors and she hasn’t disappointed me yet!

If you enjoy suspenseful romances with a darker edge and a whole lot of sexy, then you are going to want to check out Covet, as well as Sin!!! I am loving this series and I can’t wait to get my hands on Thiago and Luna next in Mine. You don’t want to miss these beautiful sinners! 😉😘 I highly recommend!
❝ If you do, Gem, I’ll follow. Remember that. I’ll always be but a few steps behind.❞
ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕗𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕆𝕗 𝔸 𝔹𝕚𝕓𝕝𝕚𝕠𝕡𝕙𝕚𝕝𝕖’𝕤 𝕆𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕒𝕝𝕝 ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – If you enjoy suspenseful romances with a darker edge, a sexy alpha mafia man, and a whole LOT of sexy, then you are going to want to check out Covet! Trust me when I tell you, you don’t want to miss these beautiful sinners! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 – From the very FIRST PAGE, Covet is SMOKIN HOT! Like seriously, up against the door, all the way through the house, and to the bedroom hot! If you thought Sin was hot… you haven’t seen nothing yet!

🌪 ℂ𝕝𝕚𝕗𝕗𝕒𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕣 𝕎𝕒𝕣𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘 – No cliffhanger, after a whole lot of suspense and angst there is a happy ending for Casper and Aurora! But now I’m even more intrigued with Thiago and Luna and can’t wait to get my hands on their story, Mine!

Casper’s obsession with Aurora is uncontrollable, passionate, and intense. He reacts to her on all levels as soon as he saw her and their eyes met.
They hooked up immediately and connected on a level that set the virtual pages of my e reader on fire.
Well written heated scenes that were full of sensual eroticism that was almost overwhelming. No boring bits in this twisted and sometimes painful mafia romance filled with betrayal and secrets!
Not for the faint of heart but worth the time to read!

What is with all the positive reviews this gets.

This entire book consisted of the main male character telling her she was his everything, and then he left for months at the time.

And she would be all “I am over this, I don’t chase” only to be “weak” every time he came back, and she just couldn’t control herself. Then she would ask herself “why can’t I resist him?” OUT LOUD. She would talk to herself like this out loud all the time.

It was kind of understandable why she was understanding about him disappearing, because his mother died and he was looking for her killer.
But every time, he would eventually stop communicating with her, and she felt like she couldn’t come to him.

I didn’t like it when Malcom showed up and told her about London, from the last book, and that they were cousins. Because he did it saying Aurora would have to really be there and support London when the time came, and that London wouldn’t know who she was yet.
Aurora had her own life, and was really struggling because of her father.
And she was also alone after what happened with her mother, and she just had to sit and wait for Malcom to tell London? What if she needed a cousin?
This was a VERY small part of the book, but it still bothered me.

I just didn’t like either of them. But I hated the FMC most, because I can’t stand main characters that tell themselves to stay away, only for their body to betray them, and then they keep asking themselves why they can’t ignore this “pull”.

This was almost a five star read for me and I don’t give high ratings often. Being an avid reader I am very critical when it comes to my opinions on books. Covet has everything you would want in a good book you have your ups and downs, twists and turns, moments were you cry and, moments were you laugh. What made me not give this book the full five stars is Roe’s relationship with her dad. I don’t want to give anything away but in the second epilogue there were things that seemed like history repeating itself with him. However, that’s just my opinion and I recommend you get the book for yourself and make that decision on your own.

I have to admit Covet took me by surprise. I was expecting to get a second book that would connect to Sin, but I didn't Covet is the second book but can be read totally separate to Sin and you won't miss anything. In Covet you get Casper whom you will have only saw a peak of in Sin. Aurora and Casper are an instantly enjoyable couple. Aurora is an independent kind of girl so it wasn't hard to see her and Casper as a couple while he is running around doing his job. But when they are together it is like a bomb goes off.
I found Covet to be an enjoyable story.

A mafia romance that led to marriage!
by sewsummore

This was a twisted mafia romance between Aurora, a mafia Princess and Casper, head of the Jameson mob in England. Their love had nothing to do with their mafia ties, instead it was a love born out of intense attraction. Despite living in different countries with very different responsibilities, the commitment to each other was strong and lasting. They had to work hard for their love to survive with enemies waiting to destroy them. There were many twists to this story, revenge and hatred bought them pain and the loss of their loved ones but their love enabled them to find a way to be together. This was an intense and dramatic story that I greatly enjoyed, Casper was not a good man but family was sacred to him. Aurora had little time for her father, a man who abandoned both her mother and her to marry a woman in an arranged marriage, she wanted a man who would put her first and in the end she found him.

I am voluntarily writing this review for this book I received through Booksprouts arc

Aurora know she should stay away from Casper Jameson but she couldn’t help herself. Casper couldn’t believe he had Aurora under him.
Casper gets the call he had been waiting for even though he would rather be with Aurora in bed. Aurora overhears Casper talking about having someone killed and she couldn’t get away fast enough. Casper goes to his meeting with a man who stole from him and his family time to pay the piper. Aurora’s father was another piece of work he would stalk her when he needed her help. Aurora needed to get out of London so she went to Ibiza and what she didn’t know Casper followed her there. Casper and Aurora get together again little did she know what was suppose to happen in London with her father. Casper gets a call that his mother was in the hospital someone shot her it was a hit. He leaves Aurora and she returns to the states. Casper comes to Chicago to find her little does she know he had her followed. Auroras father was the head of a crime syndicate in Boston and he wanted her to take over the business when he retires. Casper was the head of his family in London. Aurora couldn’t believe she was falling for a guy like her father in the same business. Twists, turns, kidnapping and murder makes this a fascinating read

I was excited for this book after reading Sin, it was great to be re-emerged in the same world but with different main characters. Elena M. Reyes casts superb characters in a dark story telling atmosphere. No one is what they seem on the outside and that made this book even better!

Casper, (*fans self*) oh my gosh, this guy is freaking hot and charming and let's just say he gets what he wants and when he lays his eyes on Aurora (love the name) he is completely smitten. These two are super steamy, but there is a LOT going on in the story and the couple find themselves apart more than together. This definitely builds on the story that Reyes is going for, but it lacked a bit of the connection I was hoping to see.

That being said, the book was SUPER hot and I definitely was intrigued the entire way through. I loved how the characters were multi-dimensional and had a lot more going on inside than what you would expect. If you like your romances with a bit on the darker side and seedy with tons of steam- this is definitely a read for you!

PS: Thank you to Elena M Reyes and Enticing Journey Book Promotions for allowing me an advanced copy of the book to voluntarily read and review honestly!

I've said this before and I'll say it again, Elena...girl you know how to write an alpha character!! I have loved each and every one you have written. Please be warned, read Sin before you read Covet, it's a must!!

Casper, Casper, Casper....he was hooked on Aurora from the beginning. I have to say, some people don't like love at first sight books, but if it is written correctly, I'm in! The sex scenes in this book are hot, hot, hot like all of Elena's books. She can write alpha characters and sex scenes with the best of them!

If you want to read about crime families out for each other, killings, blood, revenge, steam, love...this book has it all! I'll admit, I am not a fan of mob books. When I see mob boss, crime families.....I run the other way. It's just not the kind of books I prefer. So glad I decided to put my foot down and read this one, it's so worth it and no regrets here!!

OMG I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!

We can see the characters from the first book SIN...

No virgins.
Not even a mention of past partners but both have been single and haven’t have sex with anyone in months.

THE HERO is a badass Mob Boss from england and meet the HEROINE when the heroine was traveling. THE HERO in a instant FEEL A PULL from the heroine even when THE HEROINE DOESN’T NOTICE HIM. The HERO keep pursuing the heroine even when the heroine is being hard on herself with this whole thing.

THE HERO IS OTT POSSESSIVE ALPHA MALE.

THE HEROINE is a strong sweet independent woman. She’s having a hard time with her accepting the HERO because the HERO was just like her dad and her dad at first she thought was bad for her... THE HEROINE LIKES THE HERO so much but doesn’t always make the first move him.

THE HERO wants her soooo bad... even when they were distant because she’s in boston and he’s in england that DOESN’T STOP THE HERO FOR KEEPING AN EYE FOR THE HEROINE. HE HAVE BODYGUARDS FROM A FAR FOR HER WHICH SHE DOESN’T MIND. So i love that he’s protective :)

THEIR story is very different from the first book SIN. Where sin doesn’t have any separation and too much sadness, THIS BOOK HAVE TOO MUCH SADNESS. Well at least that’s what i read and thought :)

•NO CHEATING

•IT HAS SEPARATION like three times (but for a good reason) but only for view months and view weeks because at first the HEROINE thought it was only one night stand WHEN ITS NOT. THE HERO chase her even from across the country. And SECOND SEPARATION ITS WHEN THE HERO was having hard time as well because of something (sad scene) that makes him can’t contact the heroine because he was busy. THE THIRD SEPARATION is when the HERO was busy too working for their future together and find the bad guys that want to try to hurt HEROINE.

•DURING THIS SEPARATION BOTH COUPLES ARE VERY LOYAL TO EACH OTHER. There was one time the heroine was being sad so she accepted a date from her cousin that her cousin set it up so she said yes but turns out it was the hero himself. DURING THE LAST SEPARATION THE HERO can’t stand being far from the heroine and always try his best to say he is sorry but thats because he was busy and she hates that he was busy.

•NO VIOLENCE BETWEEN THE TWO. ONLY OTHERS.

•NO ANNOYING OM-OW

•DRAMA ONLY BETWEEN THE FAMILY

•MANY JEALOUS SCENE FROM THE HERO

•A VERY HEA AND CUTE EPILOGUE

•SAFE LOVE STORY

•HOT SMUT SCENES

•FAITHFUL LOVERS

Covet will suck you in from the beginning. This is book two in the Beautiful Sinner Series and it was awesome! The chemistry between Aurora and Casper was well written and the intimacy they shared was full of passion. There is plenty of action, suspense and sexy to keep you interested. This can be read as a stand-alone.

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It was great having characters that are well developed and engaging and have plenty of chemistry. The flow of the storyline was steady and smooth.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Covet will suck you in from the beginning. As the boss of the Jameson Syndicate, you never want to cross the dangerous and ruthless Casper.

Aurora is heir to the Conte mafia. When she and Casper are together it's explosive! Such steamy scenes that will have your panties melting.

Casper has to leave Gem for weeks and sometimes months to take care of family business. Getting to the root of the problem that caused deaths in his family. He may not have been there at times for Gem but he always had her protected.

Suspense, mystery, murderdar, twisted and romance.

Hmmmm

This was well written. It was not as enjoyable for me as Sin was. Aurora and Casper spent a lot of time apart and I mean a lot of time. It was difficult to get attached to them as a couple. It was as if the romance was in the background not the forefront of the story.
