I'm giving this book a 3/5 as it's a great book, i just wanted to keep a note for myself.

You found some good elements in this book, and it helped lead you to the real cause of conversation, which is perfectionism. The long term results of emotional abuse is painful to endure but i'm working through it now cause i know where all the shame comes from.

Wow, this book really highlights how much a spiral certain issues can create in our lives. I have a huge respect for Stuart McRobert for bringing these issues to life and showing that eating disorders and body image issues are not only happening in women. I think that it could almost be worse for a guy who is going through something like this and thinking he is alone, so Stuart putting himself out there really sheds light on a real issue. Kudos to him for that!

Stuart McRobert has a wonderful and compelling story to share and he has managed to really share it in a way that shows vulnerability and determination. It's a wonderfully written account that provides factual information, real life experience, motivation, and so much more. It's a great way to gain inspiration to create your own success! ...more
