This is another interesting read from David Rosenbaum. Like Zaddick, his first, it is set in the Russian immigrant community in Brooklyn, but this one also has considerable action in Russia. The protagonist is interesting and funny, and the dive into another community adds lots of interest and texture to the story.

This was a great read, violence woven in but somehow did not seem gratuitous.
