This is a short biography of David Brainerd - a Puritan who evangelized the American Indians in the mid 1700’s. He battled sickness all his life and ended up dying of TB at the age of 39. He spent the last few months of his life with Jonathan Edwards.

“Fantastic book. His sufferings of depression parallel my own. Quite encouraging and timely for me.”

Great story, but the writing style wasn't amazing. I do want to read his journals now though!
