Pass on this one… read something else.
This book was cringey. Too many characters to track, each with their own nickname. It was so overly dramatic. Someone was in tears every 3 pages. The male characters were all so beyond overprotective and alpha. This was just too much of everything that is cliche.

I really liked this book, but I think if the author really wanted to take the route she took at the end, there should’ve been at least 2-4 more chapters instead of just the epilogue (which was good and so sweet, but I wasn’t happy the ending was so abrupt)

I had a really hard time getting through this book. Every character was a caricature. Two dimensional stereotype of small town dwellers that didn't feel real. All of the "gosh darn" and "dang tootin'" and "boots in your rear" from 20 somethings was cringey to me. That not a single woman in this book actually said "ass" or anything worse made me feel like I was watching an over the top kids show.
Ty felt the most 3 dimensional but he had some serious baggage he was pulling behind him. The female MC that should have been very compelling, didn't connect with me at all. It hurt too that the first scene with her is her being TSTL. Ty and the female mc (who I can't even remember her name and I finished the book an hour ag0) had a really lame reason for being apart for 3 years and even more lame was why he finally acted on the attraction (jealousy). But, the way he acted on it by being overbearing, running over all of her objections, dictating her life and not taking no for an answer was also problematic. The bad guy was also ridiculously two dimensional. An alcoholic abusive father and yet, somehow, a criminal mastermind that could run circles around Internal investigations for decades. Eye rolling.
I won't even go into the Pollyanna epilogue.
This book, and from the way the other couples interacted, the series, is NOT for me.

It's not that I didn't like this book but I like it better when the hero/heroine meet for the first time in their story. The fact that there was a history between them that took 3 years to start makes it a little anti climatic when they finally do get together. I also felt like the ending was a little unnecessary and was just a device to try and add something to the plot since the characters basically have already overcome the majority of their obstacles in the first few chapters.

Every time I pick up a new book in this series by J.E. Parker, I feel so happy to be back with these amazing characters again. Even if this time the focus is on different main characters. I also get so excited knowing I'm starting a book that is sure to keep me wrapped up from start to finish. This book was all that and more. I have been looking forward to Ty and Heidi's story and now that it's here and I've read it, I'm even more impressed with this author's talent. She took some pretty sensitive subjects and presented them in a way that makes you think and it makes you feel.
Ty is well aware he wasn't always a good guy, but he's doing his best to move past that terrified, angry kid he used to be. Learning his story made it so hard to not be forgiving. Heidi is one of the main reasons for his change. He wants to be a man worthy of her. And how do you not just swoon over a guy like that. Heidi is a strong character that is impossible not to like. Both for what she's been through and who she's made herself into because of, and in spite of, her past. I really felt like these two were so perfect for each other. And I'm certainly not mad that she made him work for it.
This book gave me so many feels, and had so much steam and just so much fantastic stuff going on that I can't recommend it enough.

It's white trash Law & Order: SVU, mixed with abuse porn, sprinkled with 3000 hillbilly side characters + their innumerable offspring, then injected with a gun toting, golf cart driving, foul mouthed, moonshine drinking grandmother for supposed comic relief. It's AWFUL. Oh and then when that proves too much, there's the MCs Neanderthal dude + a virgin, and over the top for the situation sex. 👌 The idea this was a tale of deaf disability is laughable. The H supposedly learned ASL just for her and never barely used it is just fucking weird. The ending? Oh just fuck all the way off. No lifetime/hallmark/tlc/D-list celebrity bullshit would ever agree to produce something so inane.
I have to break my habit of being sucked into the addiction of free book offers 🙄

The h is in an accident and ends up as a paraplegic at the end. In the epilogue she takes a few steps towards him after months of rehab but I definitely needed a longer epilogue to know if she's ok. When the mcs have already been through so much why throw more at them? Can't the hea just be a HEA?

Its a yikes from me
I’m an avid romance reader & love all the tropes & HEAs, but this was just too much for one book. Broken man, female who overcame disability, a villain who tried to wreck everything, near death experience; but the real record scratch moment for me was when grandma, grandpa and a whole slew of people got together to figure out what do do about the main male character’s abusive father WHEN HE’S 30! The book mentioned that abuse started at age 4 and he had multiple scars on his back from beatings. The bulk of these characters work at a shelter for domestic violence and based on connections had to have known this man their whole lives not once thought to help him escape the abusive situation until he was a grown adult? Nahhh. Tried to read on but couldn’t shake the bad taste that plot line left.

Every Wrong you right was everything and more that I was looking for in TY and Heidis story this would be the sixth book in the Redeeming love series and can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend that you start from the first and work your way to this was one to fill the full impact of the characters . I went through so many emotions while reading this book my heart hurt the most while reading this one even though I do cry a bit ... ok I mean alot when it comes to a J.E Parker book . Don't want to give to much away just know that it is one of those stories that will stay with you for a long time . Of coarse we get to see the past couples and how they are doing while growing their big family . This is a series you donn't want to miss out on you need to one click it as soon as possible while binge reading the whole thing you wont regret it .

Fast, fluffy, and hot! Cute, though the plot moved a little too quickly for my taste. The ending still brought me to tears. I loved Heidi, our deaf FMC, and Ty fighting his own battles while quietly pining after her was so sweet. The fact that he learned sign language for her? Melted me. 🫠

Where do I start....
Ty and Heidi...they hurt my heart, make my heart happy and fill my heart with love. Two truly special people who not only bring the sass, the chemistry, but also so much joy when finding one another, making it darn hard for me to hold it together while reading their story. They were meant to be together, to heal one another and their story is something truly spectacular.
The story...how do you put into words how a story makes you feel? It’s kinda hard when so many emotions are running through my mind. This book literally has all the feels. I laughed so hard at times, I cried buckets, I smiled so big and I loved every minute of it. Being drawn into their world is a very special place to be.
And the Author...talented, gifted, amazing, and so much more. Every time she puts her words on paper they take me on a journey, on a roller coaster of a ride, where in the end you know it was the best darn ride you have ever been on. She brings so much to the story and has me feeling more than I ever thought I could. And she does it every time.
If you haven’t read this book, you need it in your life. It sure holds a special place in mine!

I’m a blubbering mess right now😭
This book had me hooked from the word...prologue! Ty’s childhood was hell and everything he did afterwards, he is now trying to atone for. When he met Heidi for the first time, he realised she was the one person who made his life worth living and chased his demons away.
Heidi knows that she wants Ty, but she also fears him and what he will do to her heart and she knows he could be the ONE❣ When he starts pursuing her, she pushes him away constantly, until finally she decides to give him a chance.
This book is a beautiful story that is wrought with past demons and violence, but ultimately a love stronger than any seen before. I have to admit when we first met Ty back in book one, I think it was...I didn’t like him...but after seeing everything he’s been through and the kind of person he is with Heidi....he’s become a new favourite character for me😍
Loved this story sooo much I couldn’t put it down and would definitely recommend this series and author to anyone who loves second chances and amazing love stories💕Thank you to J.E. Parker for my advanced copy for which I leave my honest review and I can’t wait for Chase and Ashley next😁

I loved this book! Ty was such a awesome hero who saw Heidi and knew she was it for him. He never looked at anyone else since he first laid eyes on her🥰3 years!!Ty had a horrible childhood, his dad is a POS😡Heidi struggled growing up due to bullying since she is deaf. Ty had to earn Heidi’s trust due to her insecurities. Ty lashed out/bullied other kids growing up due to what he was going through at home and now it haunts him as an adult…Ty was my perfect H, obsessed, possessive OTT, jealous😈He raised his younger brother and I am looking forward to reading his book next. I’m nervous because there is a long separation but I get why….No OW drama! The ending was heartbreaking💔Heidi didn’t deserve what happened to her but I hope to see progress in the next book! I started on book 6 but I’ll probably start at book 1 once I finish Chase book!

Parker has struck again! I’m still in love with this world, this crew AND most definitely this hero & his heroine!!!

THIS!!!!! Heidi nailed it with that one scene! We can all change who we are at any moment in time and immediately attempt to right all our wrongs!
What a beautiful lesson to learn at ANY age!!

This book was OK. But it's books like this that irritate me. I can't stand when author are writing about people over the age of 18 that can't call a *Penis* a Penis or dick/cock. But something like a dong, giant schlong, fire hose. I'm sorry but if ur characters are adult enough for sex then they can use adult words for body parts it is something that drives me crazy.
And there seemed to be far too many couples and too many side characters going on in the book and having a crazy old lady running around a town doing as she pleases and hitting everyone with a flysquatter and everyone into everyone's business like this just didn't work for me.

I have been a huge fan of JE Parker ever since I stumbled upon her last year, and with every new book she releases in this series, I fall in love with her writing even more.
If you've read the precious books in the Redeeming Love series, then you know Ty isn't her average hero: he is a reformed bully who spent most of his early years tormenting Maddie (from book one!) And countless others, but you know how the saying goes -- hurt people, hurt people-- and oh my gosh does this ring so true for Ty. He faced more horrors than anyone should in their lifetime, much less a young child. Because of that, he used his anger and channelled it into the wrong outlet, and even though he wasn't my favorite person in the beginning of the series, now I just want to give him the biggest hug and unconditional love. (Yes, I'm aware he's a fictional character, lol)
While Ty is busy working through his demons, and righting all the wrongs from his past, he meets and falls in love with Heidi, a beautiful young lady who has had her own childhood torn apart by bullies just like Ty because she is deaf. Because of this, she refuses to let Ty into her heart, but he makes it damn near impossible. Once she realizes that all this broken man needs is the right kind if love, man do the tears start flowing. The love these two share, and the fact that they will do absolutely anything for one another, is so beautiful. For someone who spent the better half of his life thinking he was undeserving of love, Ty goes above and beyond to make sure Heidi knows how much she's in his heart, and will stop at nothing until they take their dying breath to make sure she understands just how much he loves her.
I won't spoil it for those who have yet read the book, but a traffic event takes place about 89% left into the book, and MAN, for a little bit I was worried about what would happen to Ty throughout all of it, but MY GOODNESS, that epilogue not only heals your heart, but makes it burst at the seams with overwhelming love and happiness that these two finally got their happily ever after.
This book will make your emotions go haywire, but it is easily one of the best books I have read all year. You will not be disappointed with this series!

Parker has written another southern fried romance that was designed to engage anyone who loves a reformed bad boy. And yes, I adore a reformed bad boy. Ty Jacobs has been in the other books, and we finally get his backstory. And it's a doozy. So many secrets in this small town and just as many lovable characters that make the story desperately captivating.
Heidi is a very young hearing impaired woman who has been spurring Ty's advanced for over a year. But he doesn't give up easily, like the other men of this town. He's a reformed bully, and we learn his devastating childhood right in the beginning of the book. My heart ached for the ten yr old Ty who grew up too fast while parenting his little brother. One of the greatest things about the story is it doesn't draw out the will they or won't they. Ty's secret gets out and suddenly Heidi decides she's done running away and hiding. I also loved the relationship between Ty and Chase, close brothers through thick and thin.
The romance is deep and swoonworthy. Parker goes light on the sex, instead focusing mostly on the deep emotional connection these characters have with each other. Don't get me wrong: There's sex that is smoking hot 🔥. It just doesn't dominate the storyline.
And there's the great comic relief of Grandmama, who will make you laugh out loud:
"Relief washed through me when she handed me a bottle of water from her purse. “Take a sip of that. It’ll help with all that huffin’ and puffin’ you’re doing.” Without thinking, I unscrewed the lid and took a long pull. The moment the cool liquid hit my tongue, my throat and eyes began to burn. I gagged, then spit the liquid fire out, spraying it all over my legs and Grandmama’s golf cart. “What in the name of sweet baby Jesus are you doing?” she hollered, horror etched on her face. “That’s my best shine!” I wiped my mouth with the back of my arm. “You gave me moonshine? I thought it was water!” Her eyes narrowed. “Why would I be carrying around water in my purse for?” “Because most people do!” She waved a dismissive hand at me. “I ain’t most people.”
With the wonderful children, men and women of this town, Parker has created a microcosm of southern charm, strong friendship and romance that is utterly memorable.
Heidi is a very young hearing impaired woman who has been spurring Ty's advanced for over a year. But he doesn't give up easily, like the other men of this town. He's a reformed bully, and we learn his devastating childhood right in the beginning of the book. My heart ached for the ten yr old Ty who grew up too fast while parenting his little brother. How to say that you have not done your homework on Deaf people without saying you have not done your homework on Deaf people is this book.
So much audism in this book. So much. Not just there is a chock full of audism—there is a dash of infantilizing of a Deaf person. Then hey, while we are at it, let’s add some inspirational disabled p*rn. And no, I am not referring to the smut in this book. It’s that *hand waving* the ending of this book. Really. You had to go there.
It is so hearing centric. Oh let fix this poor Deaf “girl”. It’s her deepest passion to be able to hear perfectly. It is such a turn on when a person wants to hear our voice. It is such a turn on to have a man learn sign language and not use it because he desperately wants to hear her speak all of the time. Then this “Deaf” lady goes oh, I’d rather speak than sign. Her sister signed more than she ever did in this book, and her sister is hearing! No.
If this author does a smidge of homework, then they’d have learned that it is more likely that her sister would be speaking than signing, and the Deaf person would be adamantly holding on to sign language. It is not a turn on to be told we need to speak instead of signing. It is downright gross in our culture.
It is also ironic that this book is about domestic violence, and TY literally fits the criteria of an abuser, yet the author romanticized it.
The smut is not even good either.
Hearing authors, full stop. Please just don’t write a Deaf character without consulting Deaf community, and researching Deaf culture. It is not even that hard. Leave your audism and ableism at the door, and do your homework.

Fair warning: this book you leave you emotionally drained, but oh so satisfied. You will laugh, snicker, scowl and cry a multitude of tears. (It is best to keep the tissues and chocolate nearby). Ty and Heidi are fated for each other. She heals the broken shards of his soul and he gives her the confidence to shine. He was physically abused as a child. As a result he became a thoroughly nasty bully who didn’t hesitate to take out his rage and frustration on anyone around him. Anyone other that his younger brother, Chase, who he devotedly raised and protected. Now Ty is a changed man. He is firefighter and also works for a protection agency. When he is confronted by those he has bullied in the past, he accepts their rage and retribution as his due and does his best to make amends. From the moment he first glimpsed Heidi, he has known that she is his Angel...a woman who can and will save him from his demons and will be his future. Heidi is deaf, though she is not mute. She was bullied horribly as a child and is understandably wary of Ty because of his past as a bully. But in her soul, she too recognizes that she and Ty are meant for each other. Ty decides it is time to claim Heidi for his own when another man makes his interest in her known. Their journey is not an easy one, filled with emotional roadblocks, painful soul-stripping past hurts and his vengeful father. Grandmama is back in all her zany, offbeat glory and dispensing her down home wisdom. More is revealed about the couples from the previous books in this series, and their relationships and interactions with Ty and Heidi make this story even more enjoyable. This very perceptive and expertly written story will find it’s place on any “to keep” list. I would give this book ten stars if I could!

I Absolutely Love This Book! ♥️
Okay, I am crying (happy tears) as I write this so bear with me. What a ride this was! I read Hendrix & Maddie’s story first and planned to go in order but then came across this one and couldn’t resist it.
From beginning to end my heart was lanced with so many emotions, I couldn’t keep up and so I just let myself feel. The tears I’m currently crying are because of just how amazing the story is, how deeply we get to know the characters and how powerful everything about this series is.
Ty is broken but he’s imperfectly perfect. A marshmallow center with a hard exterior. The hardest thing is allowing ourselves to be loved and he was brave enough to let Heidi love him.
He’s also been so strong for so long and now Heidi’s strength gets to ease some of his pain and suffering. He raised his brother and Chase is such a good man just like Ty. I’m so glad these boys found their girls.
There is so much raw emotion and blatant vulnerability in this story, in these characters that you can’t help but feel like you can understand them on a base level. I have never felt this way about a book before.
The way Ty talks about her and to her had me swooning over and over again. My favorite quote is him calling her his Angel. I broke down and had my hand over my heart.
This story is a masterpiece, beautifully written and a must read. It’s got heavy subject matter but it makes it that much more powerful in my opinion.
Yes, there’s romance and spicy scenes but there’s depth to the characters that I don’t feel like we get to see as often as I’d like these days.

I am WRECKED!!!
I don’t even know where to begin, this book shook all my emotions up, had me crying big fat ugly tears AND kept me up all damn night, that I feel emotionally drained now and it’s hard to know where to start. And honestly, too many words will ruin the beauty of this story. So imma keep it simple.
The basics: the hero was a bully, he has anger issues, he is broken as man because he was broken as a child. His backstory—damn! I wanted to reach into these pages and just hold him. When he sees the heroine, his soul recognizes peace, and his inner caveman comes awake. YASSSS.
The heroine was bullied (not by the hero, he’s older than her) because she has a hearing disability and she’s leery of the hero’s well-known reputation and his anger. At first that’s why she pushes him away, but eventually she pushes him away because she knows he could break her heart and she doesn’t trust why he wants to be with her.
Watching them come together, battling their pain, facing the hero’s past of anger and violence and abuse, watching their fragile love almost get swallowed up, fighting towards their hea literally had me bawling. This was pure romance magic.
Safe. Hero’s past is barely mentioned, he’s been celibate since meeting heroine and prior to that not much is said. Heroine is a virgin and belongs only to her hero. Small OM drama, which is uninvited and unreciprocated. No ow drama. No sharing, cheating or abuse. HEA My one teensy complaint, not enough of an epilogue. I wanted more, even tho it’s almost two years later and h pregnant.

This book had a LOT of heaviness to it. While I enjoyed the story certain parts did bother me.
The FMC is deaf, but can hear with hearing aides. At times the MMC says things like "I want you to say it. I need to hear it" about whatever they're talking about. I grew up with a deaf grandmother and have my own hearing issues. Deaf and hard of hearing people will sometimes not speak outloud. And trying to force the FMC to speak just rubbed me the wrong way.
I also disliked how MMC takes FMC to the hearing dr, only for the dr to talk to him and not FMC. 🙄
I did like how MMC's journey of redemption and personal growth is presented. Of all the characters, he grows the most and is fleshed out the most.

I wasn't really enjoying this for several reasons- the weird speech style of the characters, the difficulty picking up all the players with the author acting like we know everyone and their struggles already (not really a standalone because of that)... but when we get a big heart to heart scene of all H's trauma right as they're about to get it on for the first time... and THEY KEEP GOING... I had to stop. It was approaching "oh honey let me heal you with my magical vagina" territory and I stopped taking any of it seriously.

OTT possessive and caring man, the way he takes care about her, his brother and everyone is overwhelming! I really didn’t enjoy the first book but the rest of this series is just perfection!

Plot: Ty finds himself in the position of having fallen in irrevocable love and having the need to become a better person, not just for Heidi but for himself. After living through a horrible childhood full of abuse, he turned his anger outward and now he needs to make amends. It isn't easy, asking for forgiveness, but it's worth it to move closer to Heidi. Heidi though has her own demons; surviving the bullying of her childhood allows her to help people now but it doesn't mean that the scars have gone away and she isn't sure that she can be what Ty needs - or that she even wants to.
Commentary: I think this is my favorite of the series so far. Heidi is sweet and resourceful and thoughtful; Ty is...not. He's impulsive and brash and a little arrogant. However, that arrogance is tempered by his understanding that he's hurt people in the past and needs to make amends. This raises an interesting question: are we the worst thing we've ever done? Are we the sum of our bad decisions? Where does the line of responsibility lie for a child suffering abuse who then becomes the bully? I think the answers are different depending on who you are and which end of that abuse and bullying you were on. Kids need a role model to develop a working conscience and system of morality and ethics, and if what you had was his father, you didn't have a chance for that. To be sure, he had teachers and other children, but our parents play that role for a reason and Ty never had the opportunity to develop what he needed until much later but he still persevered and was able to triumph over evil - no exaggeration - and that was a testament to the people he worked with and looked after. Maddie forgiving him was a huge part of him being able to move forward, I think. I loved that he got together with one of the sweeter, more gentle heroines - I think that's just what he needed.
