I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I have always been a fan of poetry, be it writing it or reading it. As a result, I have read a huge amount of poetry collections and never hesitate to try out new poets. After all, fresh talent is all that is poetry about, isn't it?

And yet, Ruhee Advani's work left me a little disappointed. No hard feelings over that. Not every poet's work can be liked by every reader. Sometimes, th

The book has a very simple yet beautiful cover. The title of the book 'Growing Up' aptly suggests what the book is about.

The book is divided into two parts one for the poems written during thirteen to fifteen years of age and the other is from sixteen to eighteen.

It is very captivating to read, how the author has captured the essence of her growing days, her feelings, her dilemmas, insecurities, everything in very simple yet intriguing words. The writing style is very good, the poems are short a

Growing Up by Ruhee is perfect teen poetry – short, Raw and sweet.

There are two sections – Poems of age 13 to 15 and then from age 15
to age 18.

As we go reading the poems, it feels that it is an elevation from confused to clarity

The cover is decent and the blurb indicates the blend of emotions during the adolescence life – growing up.

These are the poems that can inspire, intrigue and enlighten readers of all tastes.
