The first two thirds of this book did not present anything new to me. However, the last third was interesting especially about communicating to God in dreams and praying the Lord's prayer with gestures instead of or in addition to words. Also of interest was the types of prayer we are drawn to according to our personality type, and that we need to try and balance out these types.

Fantastic! I like this text as a place to start merging Eastern meditation and yoga practice to the Christian faith.
