"Hey Bob, are you taking a half-day?" said a co-worker I once worked with. Tired and lacking fuel and enthusiasm for her job, her attitude towards others showed her lowered enthusiasm and disinterest. When someone talks like that, they are not at their best.

The authors gives pointers on how to obtain your goals by making clear plans, writing out your priorities and taking each day to implement it. If you have clear set of goals on paper and give yourself a definitive set date, then you have better shot at realizing your goals. This all makes sense. They preach to be giving, be giving, loving, compassionate. Do not negative knock, bad-mouth, gossip or treat them poorly. Get away from those that treat others poorly.

"What you give gives back two-times fold." "Some people will take from you but others, thousands will give back to you." I see the truth in that. We create what we focus on. The book goes into how you can create an action plan to realize your goals. That means saying "no," to things that are not part of your goals and say "yes" and prioritizing what matters most to you. This can be an inspirational and motivational book.
