“We have many single men in town, and they have deep pockets for a girl with a nice smile.” She looked down to where the buttons of her dress were opened to reveal a large amount of cleavage. “Don’t forget to show your personality… Remember to smile. You may want to murder someone on the inside, but you get more tips with sugar than salt.” Riley was sure the saying was something like you get more flies with honey than vinegar, but it never made much sense because why would someon

I love everything Aspen Cove and this book just adds to all the things I’m already in love with. It was so easy for me to connect with Riley. All of her self-doubts and her desire for a drama-free, conflict-free, life are so familiar to me. Luke is just an absolute sweetheart. I had already fallen at least half under his spell earlier in the series. This just cemented the feelings. He’s prone to speaking before he thinks, but that just makes him more human and likeable to me. The angst and intri ...more

Riley, a metal sculptor, escapes to Aspen Cove to get away from her stepmother after her father passes away. Luke, the fire chief, is not too happy with Riley and her welding setting off fire alarms. I really loved these two together and their chemistry is full of sparks and heat. This is a well written touching story that had me hooked from the first page until the last. I can't wait to see what this author comes up with next. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

My love of this series just keeps growing with every book I read. The author keeps her characters, her town and her series captivating and totally enjoyable with each and every book she writes. This is a beautiful love story about a girl needing to find herself and her place in this world and a very sexy fireman wanting to keep his foot firmly in the town he has grown to love and protect. I also really enjoyed the interaction with the other characters in two during this read and with the anticip ...more

One Hundred Ways is the eighth book in the Aspen Cove Romance series. Riley has had a rough life, but now she’s in a new town, looking for a new beginning, but she’s immediately branded as a fire bug. Luke is the fire chief of Aspen Cove, but just as worried as he might be about Riley, he also knows he’s drawn to her. As their passion and budding love start to ignite, could a major fire accident tear them apart?

I really enjoyed reading this book and absolutely loved the connection between Riley

Another wonderful visit to Aspen Cove! Riley Black’s father has passed away and she no longer feels the need to remain near his home…or her stepmother. She barely makes it to Aspen Cove where her Aunt Maisey owns the local diner. Riley will work as a waitress at the diner while continuing her art of sculpting metal. Riley longs to find a place to truly belong and feels that Aspen Cove could be the place, at least until she has a run in with Luke Mosier, Aspen Cove Fire Chief. Will Riley be able ...more

This is my first book from the Aspen Cove Romance, One Hundred series. I loved it so much that I could not put it down. This book is about Riley and Luke. Riley loses her father and becomes homeless, as her stepmother has always been cruel and not loving. She goes to find her aunt and cousin in Aspen Cove and falls in love with it. Everyone is kind and helpful to her that she knows that this would be a new beginning to life. Luke is the fire chief of this town and loves what he does so much that ...more

Having read the rest of the series, it was a delight to visit Aspen Cove once more with Luke and Riley's story. Luke is a strong hero but Riley is still trying to allow her true self to come out. Despite Luke's initial censure, Riley surprises herself by standing up to him in what was an amusing introduction. Whilst Riley's aunt and cousin are delighted that she has joined them in the small town where everyone knows each other's business, there is a fly in the ointment that makes Riley question ...more

I love this series. Ms. Collins has such a gift for writing books. I could feel Riley’s emotions throughout the book. Riley has been beat down most of her life so her self worth is at an all time low. After her father dies, she moves to Aspen Cove to start over and get to know her aunt and cousin who live there. She has a love of welding for art which is unusual for a woman. She does not hit it off with the town’s fire chief Riley when she first hits town. Riley is definitely a stickler for safe ...more

This is the eighth book in the Aspen Cove series and as always it is a wonderful sweet romance that owes its total likeability to the characters of this wonderful town

This is Riley and Luke's story Riley as just moved to town to spend time with her aunt and cousins after she is basically thrown out by her step mother on her fathers death. We are back in Aspen cover and Riley has just arrived in town deciding to take back her life with the support of her Aunty and cousin. Unfortunately for Riley as soon as she gets into town things start to go wrong not due to the bad luck she thinks she has that follows her but to a miss understanding and this in turn sees her relationship with Luke become a bit of a roller coaster ride. It was great seeing everyone from the other books appear in this one and you feel like you have come home whil ...more

I have read every book in the Aspen Cove series and One Hundred Ways is another excellent addition to the series. Because this is a small town series with reoccurring characters, I recommend reading the series in order for maximum enjoyment. Luke is Aspen Cove's fire chief. He's a nice guy but a bit of a by the book personality. Riley is the cousin of Dalton who works at the diner with his mother Maisy (see why I recommend reading the series in order!) and she is starting a new chapter in her li ...more

All Maisey wanted was a fresh start and after her father's passing it was time to move own with only a couple of dollars to her name she made it to Aspen Cove where he aunt lived. Her aunt was the only person who was okay with her life decisions to create art. Being new in town and trying to find herself after being put down by her step mother most of her life she is definitely not looking for romance.

Luke is the town's fire chief and is a rule stickler. He and Maisey don't see eye to eye at fir

Aspen Cove and the One Hundred Series has quickly become one of my favorite all-time series. I think the best compliment I can give to Kelly Collins is to say that I'd love to move to Aspen Cove. She describes things in such a way that over the course of reading, you feel like you know these people. And even as new characters are introduced, old ones are not forgotten, which is the best part of a series - you don't have to let go of the characters you've fallen in love with. This is small-town r ...more

Another winner in the Aspen Cove series! Riley arrives in town looking for acceptance, the opportunity to spread her artistic wings, and find a place to call home. A man was not on her list but Luke quickly changed her mind. While Luke and Riley got off on the wrong foot, it didn't take them long to realize they were meant to be together. I've liked Luke since he was introduced to the series, now I like him even more. Luke is a he-man but not afraid to admit his mistakes. *sigh* With Luke's supp ...more

Another good story in the Aspen Cove series. Riley and Luke have an interesting love story full of ups and downs. They teach each other and help each other to grow as a person just by being in each other's lives (loved the keyring symbolism). I felt for Riley with everything she had been through and went through. There was one character in this story that I felt their story wasn't quite finished enough for me.... I could guess what happened next but I'm high maintenance and wanted it handed to m ...more

Riley had stayed with her father until his death, despite her step-mother making life difficult with hateful barbs.
Finally free she takes up on an offer from her aunt and cousin to move to Aspen Cove and finally work as the artist she is, wealding sculptures to her heart
content, while earning a little money at her aunt's diner.
She makes friends and small-scale enemies when local fire-chief Luke shows an interest in her.

Each time there is a new book for this series, I think it can't get any better. I was wrong. This book might be the best of the series. Every story is different but yet written with heart and pulls me into the story-line right up to the end. The book has something for everyone because it is about life itself; it's about independence; it tells about self preservation when faced with trials; and, we find love in different places where we expected nothing. Riley had a hard life; she had less that f ...more

One Hundred Ways

Luke local Firefighter, firm on what he is set on for his life, not some girl coming to town with intent to visit and leave when she has had enough. Riley, comes to town after losing her dad, feeling like her Step Mom hated her, and she is trying to find herself. In Aspen Cove she has an Aunt and a cousin, and hopefully a new life. Read on, see if Riley can move on an open her heart to new things, people, trust, and feel the faith people have in her. Loved this story💖.

An absolutely beautiful love story with a bite of heat. I loved the storyline and the love at first sight. Acceptance in a new town, growing into her own, hot firemen and lasting love. Characters are awesome, love that you still get interaction with the townspeople they aren't just background after their story is told. The entire series just makes my heart melt.

This is the first book in this series I've read and I loved the story line. Riley moves to Aspen Cove after the death of her father. She's not running from her past, just running to a new future. Kelly Collins does a great job making you feel you're right in the story with the characters. I can't wait to read the rest of the books in the series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

If wishes were rainbows and heartaches were dreams, perhaps happy endings would be a little easier. Unfortunately life does not always work out as planned. The pain may be brutal, but along with the bruises comes strength. One Hundred Ways builds on that with a wonderful group of characters and romance that just won't quit. Collins give readers something to think about, while she swoops in and lays claim to the heart. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS SERIES.

Chief of fire and fire sculptor

Kelly has done it again this is such a wonderful series and this book is no exemption.
When Riley reaches Aspen Cove and falls into the loving arms of her aunt and cousin, she feels she has found her home. Until the fire chief seeing the load she's carrying in her vehicle, leaves a note stuck on the window, and then boy do the sparks fly. This is a must-read.

I am such a fan of Kelly Collins' Aspen Cove Series. After her father's death, Riley Black moves to the small town of Aspen Cove to begin a new life. Luke Mosier is a fire chief hell-bent on protecting the citizens of Aspen Cove, including their newest transplant, the beautiful Riley.

The interaction between these two is great. When you combine a well-written story with lovable characters, you get an amazing Kelly Collins' book.
