After finishing reading this short novel and giving my two cent about it, two songs are on my mind - Breezeblocks by Alt-J and Ugly Boy by Die Antwood which I can say fully capture the gloomy dark atmosphere and story in the book. Hands down for the first sixty pages. The story begins with a shocker which captures the attention of the reader continuing with a flawless retrospective story of the narrator full with fine details of events and toughs that will ponder you for a while. But somewhere in the middle, the story fades away (maybe for a reason, considering the state of the narrator) going back and forth in time too often culminating with her journey into nothingness accompanied with jumbled toughs. Still this is a fine read coming from the new wave of young Macedonian authors that I would recommend to anyone.
