Having suffered from Fibromyalgia for over a decade, I’ve come to realize that contemporary medicine tends to focus specially on symptom relief. Have a headache, take a pill type mentality. Instant gratification. It’s wonderful, when it works but when it doesn’t this type of thinking really leaves the sufferer with few alternatives.

The topic is fascinating; however, he never gets to the how of WHEE in the book :-(
He basically says: You have to take the course to be able to use it.
It would have been preferable that he would have advertised the book as companion for those who had already taken the course :-)
