This was a really fun way to learn about How we lived in the days of Magnificent Castles & Heroic Knights. The book has a lot of pictures and diagrams with loads of information and I enjoyed reading it.

This was a delightful and educational medieval style book teaching the kids about what it would have been like to live in the times of medieval cities and castles. The perspective was of a young nine year old boy and his family. I had no idea Usborne books has been around since the 1980’s. The book we found was republished in 1991. The kids loved the way it smells. I read aloud to the family.
