This looks amazing
I liked Tintera’s dualogy Reboot (like 5-6 years ago but I presume I would still like it) so I hope this is going to be also my cup of tea.

A globe-trotting dystopian novel about thrill seeking teens hunting down monsters plaguing Europe. Fun and action-packed, with characters I really rooted for.

A modern world where these monsters run rampade, which comes this girl and joins a make shift fighting group to get away from as description abusive father and mother who doesn’t do anything. Tintera's writing is fun to read in a popcorn sort of way. Her characters don't really surprise, but they are well written amd believable.

The plot beats are pretty predictable and the storyboard probably has lots of links to TVtropes on it. While the book's main theme seems to be that men can be pretty terrible to women, Tintera seems to have plumbed that well already in this book, so I'm not sure what's in store for the rest of the series other than standard genre fiction.
