Interior pages clean and unmarked; tight binding. 293 pages. "The variety of visual effects manipulated in OpArt are described and profusely illustrated by the author's own designs. The spatial illusions familiar to psychologists are then depicted using a novel technique of superimposing one design, printed on a transparent overlay, on top of the lines of the transparency may be distorted in size, shape, or orientation. More complex illusions than have yet been employed in either context are presented in the final section." All 16 transparent plates present; but most have creases around edges.

الكتاب للأسف فيه عيوب كتير، أولاً كتاب عن الوهم البصري أعتقد المفروض يكون مريح للعين مش بالصورة المزدحمة والغير مرتبة دي، بس هتغاضى عن ده نوعاً ما عشان إصداره قديم، الكتاب قدم معلومات مفيدة -رغم ثرثرتها وازدحامها- عن تركيب العين وكيفية تكوينها للصورة .. وكيفية استغلال فناني الوهم البصري لاضطرابات العين وكيفية قراءتها للصور عشان ينتجوا إبداعاتهم في إيهام البصر، بس كانت المفروض الصور تكون مع الشرح مش بعدها بعشر صفحات ! .. الكتاب لا يخدم حاسة البصر إطلاقاً :D

This book is literally the first 130 results of a google image search and another 25 minutes spent explaining what the pictures look like. I spent so much money on this book too and it kills me every day.
