I received a copy of this e-book for free through a Goodreads First Reads Giveaway.

A decent, quick read about a teenager growing into adulthood with the looming possibility of being sent to fight in the Vietnam war. It's pretty clear there's a parallel between the main character, Danny, and the author's own experiences, as both grow up in St. Paul, Minnesota, both play hockey for the University of Minnesota, and both served in the US Army.

The book does need an editor though. There are many form
