i enjoyed this book, it was easy to read and follow. Straight and to the point with good exercises to work with and points of view that many readers can associate with.

Gave up.

The book starts with a retelling of the apocryphal “two wolves inside you” story, attributed as always to a Native American source but found everywhere from Twitter to the writing of Billy Graham. I couldn’t take the boom seriously afterward and wished I could get a refund.

Good, easy read

Read as part of a book club. Good advice and methods of removing stress or lessening it, during these trying times
