Laurie Ditto speaks a lot about forgiveness vs an unforgiving heart. She speaks of the sacrificial love Christ paid for us to receive forgiveness for our sins and implores us to forgive others.
If we refuse to forgive others, Laurie lays out in explicit details the torment awaiting us in hell. A sobering read that gives food for thought. Definitely worth listening to this audiobook and searching the scriptures and one’s heart.

An absolutely incredible account of the reality of eternity from a person I know personally very well. For anyone who has any questions whatsoever about Hell, or what truly happens after death, this book will answer most, if not all of them. This book alongside 23 Minutes in Hell by Bill Weise are the best outside of the Bible I have read on the topic. Equal parts personal testimony and Word of God, this book will take you on a journey you will likely never forget. Thank you Laurie and team for sharing such a deeply painful and intimate encounter in such a thoughtful and grippingly clear presentation. I am so much the better for it as a person, as an evangelist, and as a child of God.

More lying wonders of the last days that Jesus warned about. I’m so glad when our previous church hired this woman to come speak I wasn’t there because I would have countered every “imagination” she sells to the deceived in the body of Christ with THE SCRIPTURES.
Many years ago when I was a brand new believer as a young unlearned teenager I was absolutely tormented by Mary K Baxter’s FALSE book “A Divine Revelation of Hell” (I would learn by studying the scriptures for myself and leaning on the Holy Spirit there’s nothing “divine” about it). Praise God He took me through the true REFINERS FIRE to LEARN the truth!
The very idea that you go to a torturous place called “hell” FOR-EVER (which simply means “grave” or in the old English “a covered hole”) comes directly from paganism and satan himself. Demons and Satan are subject to Jesus Christ and the bIble says man was made MORTAL unlike the angels and demons (which are the spirits of the hybrid Nephilim that were destroyed during the flood). The devil and demons (besides the specific ones cast into TARTARUS in chains currently) are not in some place called “hell!” They are here on the earth and the fallen angels are allowed in the 2nd heavens currently!
Actually, the Word says it was the very first lie the devil told Eve... “ye shall NOT SURELY ‘DIE!’ Is there anything about some torturous place called “hell” where demons torture you and gauge your eyes out “forever and ever?” NOPE... JUST DEATH vs. LIFE (ALL die in Adam so shall ALL be made ALIVE in Christ).
Death LITERALLY means DEATH! As in BE NO MORE.. PERISH/DIE/CEASE TO EXIST! This very doctrine that currently “hell” is a torture chamber of Satan gives FAR more power to Satan than what Christ and God have! Again TOTAL BLASPHEMY against the MOST HIGH!
Also, when the word Sheol was translated “hell,” it says in the scriptures according to David, “even if I make my bed in HELL, YOU (GOD) ARE THERE!” Hmmm.... God in “hell??!”Yup! Jesus went to the spirits in “prison” and PROCLAIMED THE GOSPEL (the GOOD NEWS). He didn’t say “peace be still.. there’s no hope for you so I’m going to rub it in while I let demons torture you for ever and ever (which isn’t even in the scriptures) it’s eons or “age lasting!” It says some will be raised to EONIAN CHASTISEMENT and others to EONIAN LIFE. When you die, after is the JUDGEMENT and it says when My Judgements are in the earth the people will LEARN RIGHTEOUSNESS! Hmm, that sure is interesting isn’t it?!
Also, the parable of the rich man and Lazarus has NOTHING to do with a pagan firey hell-hole of torture. Any Jew of the day would have understood exactly what Jesus was saying. It was talking about Lazarus/Eliazar (a Gentile
who was considered a “dog”... not a clean animal that “chews the cud!”) was going to inherit the full household/the promise due to the “rich man” basically selling his birthright. If anyone really wants to understand the parable of the Rich man and Lazarus I recommend Ernest Martin’s expounding of it. He has since passed, but he thoroughly explains from the scriptures themselves what it means and what it CANNOT POSSIBLY MEAN due to the fact it is a “PARABLE”
(The definition of a parable being a FALSE STORY to prove a bigger point).
God says He remembers “man is like grass and flesh.” So when did we “earn” this terrible sentence of being tortured for ALL ETERNITY for a mere 75 years (maybe... some more and many a lot less) years of life in this sinful flesh where we didn’t “make a decision for Jesus” and now oops, oh well, gotta burn FOR-EVEEERR! I mean, THINK about it... how does that even make sense if God is so strict about weights and balances!? The punishment doesn’t fit the crime in the slightest! And what about those who never even heard the name of Jesus in times past!? It makes utterly ZERO LOGICAL sense based off a God who sent his only son to pay for it ALL!
Paul said He (God) condemned ALL men under sin so that he might have mercy on them ALL each man in his own order at the appointed time. It says the law was even GIVEN TO INCREASE SIN!! Think about that! Why on earth would God want to INCREASE SIN? For a much grander plan! It says He would CONDEMN ALL MEN UNDER SIN SO HE MIGHT SAVE “ALL!” As ALL die in Adam, ALL shall be made alive in Christ, each man in HIS OWN ORDER at the APPOINTED TIME! This was God’s plan from BEFORE the foundation of the world!
Jesus said “if you don’t understand Moses words how will you understand mine when Moses SPOKE OF ME!” It was a physical shadow of the GOOD THINGS TO COME in the SPIRIT when Jesus would put everything under his feet and subject all creation to his righteous rule handing the kingdom back over to God the Father.
In fact, in alignment with the feasts and festivals (the shadows), Jesus is ONLY dealing with the first fruits currently preparing them to be priests to God in the coming millennial reign with Christ.
Now... Here’s the million dollar question that almost NO ONE can answer.
WHAT DO PRIESTS “DO?” They are appointed to cleanse and convert those OUTSIDE THE CAMP and bring them back into the camp! The leper was thrown OUTSIDE THE CAMP into OUTER DARKNESS (weeping and gnashing of teeth) the DISEASE (representing the sinful carnal nature) caused despair.. UNTIL the APPOINTED DAY OF CLEANSING! Note, it’s not the appointed day of their death sentence or eternal torture sentence!
Then on the 8th “appointed” day for the leper, they would go before the priest and the priest would inspect him and pronounce him clean and take his OLD GARMENT inspected (the fleshly carnal nature) was THROWN IN THE FIRE and the CLEANSED LEPER was given a NEW GARMENT (aka Christ) and let back into the camp aka THE NEW CREATION in Christ! Get it??? So imagine if it said “and the leper was thrown into the fire and tortured to death!?” Or worse, kept alive and tortured indefinitely??! What’s the POINT!? There literally IS NONE! And this doctrine of demons blasphemes God’s Holy Name!!! This makes Hitler look like a decent guy in comparison to God the Father! Again... THINK ABOUT IT!
The rest of the dead don’t even come up until the second resurrection to be “tested” in the lake of refining fire which burns with “brimstone” for this very reason! It says EVERYONE will be salted with FIRE (aka SPIRITUAL REFINING FIRE)! The Bible itself says you must STUDY TO SHOW YOURSELF APPROVED and RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH. Yes, is says many will come to me in that day saying we “did” all these things in your name and yet he rejects them (at that time of judging). Also, pretty “scary,” because it’s actually talking about PREACHERS and MINISTERS or modern day PHARISEES! They think because they “did” all these things in Jesus name that they earned their way to God, when in fact He says “I never KNEW you” so depart. While it is true that there are clearly levels in heaven (which we are destined to be on the NEW EARTH btw), the salvation issue is a DEFAULT paid by Christ’s Blood ALONE to reconcile the world to God the Father in three stages, or three portions of leaven as outlined in the Torah and also confirmed in the New Testament.
Jesus even told the Pharisees that they were coming up in the resurrection VERY LAST! He said the PROSTITUTES AND WHOREMONGERS go in “BEFORE YOU!” The understood what he was saying.. he wasn’t threatening them with some nonsense about “eternal roasting in a pagan place called “hell!” He was telling them they would be DEAD LAST with basically NO INHERITANCE in the kingdom at least at first (he himself will be saved, but as through fire), when they thought they were the holy ones that would be first because they were physically Abraham’s seed and Jesus was saying “NOPE, it doesn’t work that way... I can raise up rocks to be Abraham’s seed!”
Correct... God desires MORE! He desires relationship with little old man, and He also provided it ALL! This was all planned as it says God declared the “end FROM the beginning” not vice versa!
The “worm that does not and the fire that is not quenched” is not a MAGGOT (btw, a maggot only eats “dead flesh”... think about that), but the word was TOLAATH OR CRIMSON WORM. The crimson worm is used in Israel to dye the priest’s garments red and looks like blood. Jesus was prophesied as “the worm” that dies not and HE is the fire that is not quenched (not some maggots or demons or Satan himself) as he said “FEAR THE ONE WHO IS ‘’ABLE’ to destroy BOTH body and soul in Gehenna” (meaning COMPLETE ANNIHILATION), but note it doesn’t even say he will do it.. it says HE’S ABLE! He in fact paid to SAVE ALL at the appointed time and will be abolishing death!
The issue is that the ONE whom we are fear is GOD ALONE (and this means reverence as it clearly says God does NOT give us a spirit of fear, but of love, peace and a sound mind), not the devil or demons (who if you are truly a born again believer you have authority over). The Tolaath worm goes to its final destination, which is a TREE and prepares to give birth and die. So, it gives birth and DIES ON THE TREE.. It then BLEEDS OUT the RED DYE on its babies for 3 days to FEED IT’S BABIES and then turns TO WHITE WAX! Hmmmm, sounds familiar aye!??? It’s a picture of Christ “AS” the crimson Tolaath worm that “dies not!”
I could go on and on with the TRUTH, which I refuse to sell or peddle like this woman, who sells lies based on fear and no understanding of the ONCE AND FOR ALL atonement for ALL MANKIND and God’s plan of the ages (that also means there’s more than one time period of judgement)!
Just a reminder that the devil will GLADLY give “visions” to whomever, as well as twist the Word and mistranslated words to deceive the VERY ELECT if it were possible! All visions and dreams MUST be tested by the Word and the Spirit!
Satan’s very job is to oppose and deceive the WHOLE world as the Bible says he does. Why are so many so-called believers arrogant enough to think they haven’t been deceived by the devil also? We ALL have at one point and it says “PRIDE goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall!” Hmmm.. very fitting to this!
The biggest most glaring issue is that of salvation. Is it by grace you are saved through faith ALONE (confessing with your mouth that Jesus is lord and believing in your heart he was raised form the dead... changing your MIND.. which is the biblical description of repentance), or is it repent of all your sins and work your way to Jesus by the skin of your teeth you “might” make it in the kingdom, but probably not?! I mean which is it?? It cannot be both!
Plus, what an absolute FAILURE if that’s the “salvation” plan of Yahweh God! It gives the devil the winning victory and bases salvation off of our efforts or lack thereof, when salvation has NOTHING do do with us! It’s all about the BLOOD OF JESUS! He paid for sins ONCE AND FOR ALL BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD!
You either believe and trust in the ONLY gospel or you don’t! It says Jesus is the savior of ALL mankind, but ESPECIALLY to those who have been graced NOW with faith to believe.
That’s literally the only difference is that some are born again now in this evil eon/age and they are VERY few (as God the Father draws them and Christ said “I will raise them up on the last day). It says at the RESTITUTION OF ALL THINGS Christ will subject ALL under his feet and will hand the finished work back to the Father and God will be ALL IN ALL! Death will be ABOLISHED and is called “the last enemy!”
Again... Christ himself said in the last days MANY would come in HIS NAME saying HE IS THE CHRIST and DECEIVE MANY with “doctrines of devils!” She mentions forgiveness in her book (and says if you don’t forgive you are pretty much immediately “hell bound”) and “the stress of hell!” If I were her I would ask if it was really GOD who gave her this vision and apparently“stressed her out and made her nearly faint from fear and terror?” Is this why she feels she has a right to also SELL her visions for money?
Again, was this GOD who “showed” her all this (if she was even truly shown it in the first place) or was it her own imaginations based off false biblical understanding (especially in regards to salvation by Grace through Faith-NOT OF OURSELVES), or straight up from the Opposer (Satan) himself?
While she “says” it’s about “relationship,” she presents a double minded explanation of salvation by perfect obedience (aka a works based salvation) and in improper fear geared towards the fear of the devil and demons vs the correct fear of the Lord!

Again, was this GOD who “showed” her all this (if she was even truly shown it in the first place) or was it her own imaginations based off false biblical understanding (especially in regards to salvation by Grace through Faith-NOT OF OURSELVES), or straight up from the Opposer (Satan) himself?
While she “says” it’s about “relationship,” she presents a double minded explanation of salvation by perfect obedience (aka a works based salvation) and in improper fear geared towards the fear of the devil and demons vs the correct fear of the Lord!
I pray this blesses at least one person to see the heresy here and to study the scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to show them the FULL TRUTH and the actual VERY GOOD NEWS of JESUS CHRIST!

Listened to the audio version of this book. Very well done. There is a great sense of truth in this woman’s experience. It does raise a lot of questions though. It puts an atmosphere of fear on a person that is disturbing. I’m not positive her interpretation of her experience is 100% accurate; I’m still wrestling with that. But God has definitely used this story to weed out some areas of my heart. There is much to ponder which I believe is good. Everyone should search the Bible and seek Holy Spirits truth in all things. We should not just accept what we are taught and we should not reject everything either. Be in communion with the Lord while reading this book so He can speak the truth to you.

I believe every word of Laurie’s testimony and am grateful for all of the incredible insight into it and the scriptures. It certainly made me examine myself more closely, as well as my attitude and approach toward evangelizing. Great book. Everyone — believer and unbeliever alike — needs to read this.

I was convicted more than I've ever been, so this book is extremely valuable. We need to get serious about following Christ and making sure we treat Him with regard and obedience. After all, He gave up His life for us!
In this account, Laurie shares the absolute horrors of Hell -- how lonely, terrifying, stressful, and painful to say the least. I don't EVER want to go there nor do I want ANYONE to. I seriously forgive every single person in my life now. There is no grudge worth holding when we all make mistakes. We're all human. We could all be capable of horrible things, depending on the circumstances. No more taking offense about anything human or earthly. I fear the Lord!

It is an amazing book on why it is important not to sin, not to live in unforgiveness and to trust in the Lord with all your heart, by not leaning on our own understanding. I highly encourage that you read Laurie's book, it will push you to reevaluate your walk with God, being closer to Jesus and being led by the Holy Spirit. I pray that you are blessed in Jesus mighty name!

Slow beginning... But
The beginning chapters used a very simple staccato language. But once she got going in later sections,became very readable that I didn't want to stop reading. Thought-provoking, excudes her love of Jesus...far better than her salient description of hell. Well worth the purchase.

what a terrific book. Lori Ditto has been to our church on several occasions, although I have only heard her talk once now make that twice if anybody can read this book and not at least be willing to rethink their salvation they just don’t care what happens to their soul and the hereafter.

Probably the most important book you could read besides the Bible! Laurie shares the vision of hell that ruined her in a great way. Near the end she shares examples of how she's ministered to people to help them avoid the wrath to come which you can glean from to use in your own life.
