The Royal Romeos #6
Blue-Blooded Romeo
This devil has her blood boiling…
Stella Whitaker’s never been one to mince words. But on a flight to Paris, instead of sending a seat-chat message to her friend about the guy who cut in front of her in the boarding line, she inadvertently sends it to the man himself, letting him know in no uncertain terms what she thought about him.
Dominico Romeo has no patience for annoying women, particularly when he’s short on sleep and feeling overwhelmed. So when he politely points out to a woman in front of him that she’s in line prematurely for her boarding zone, he’s less than pleased that she lashes out at him. He shrugs it off, until the two of them end up paired together in a professional wine class that might just drive him to drink.

Loved this book! It's fun and funny....what could be better than writing a long email trashing someone and sending it to the person you're trashing?.......hmmmm, for me it would be referring to him repeatedly as Dominic the Donkey. I don't know if it was deliberate or not, but for those of you that don't know, Dominic the Donkey is a very cute Italian Christmas song by Lou Monte. My kids grew up listening to that song every year and dancing through the house while making the donkey sounds, so for the author to use that name was just priceless to me.
Fans of the genre will love this book. While it's a stand alone novel, the series is so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all.

Stella Whitaker is a freelance pastry chef still taking classes in France. On her way back to France with her best friend she argues with Domenico Romeo about her plane seat. She is tired and cranky so she comes off very rude. Domenico is attracted to Stella and since he is sitting next to her best friend on the plane, he asks questions about Stella. There is a funny scene with them on the plane that will keep you in stitches. Stella has had a bad childhood and does not trust men at all and feels they will all walk away. Stella's friend tries to help Domenico get close to Stella so he can get to know her. Of course, the path to true love always has bumps in the road! It was a good book that I enjoyed. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

An airplane ride has never been more entertaining! Culinary student Stella has a record breaking bad flight and Dominico Romeo takes the blunt end of her wrath.
Sometimes are childhood shapes us in negative ways, but Stella has some amazing people in her corner. Plus Dominico has to be the most patient Romeo so far and a total sweet heart on top of it.
I had planned on only reading a few chapters at first but couldn't put it down. Terrific storyline, well-developed and extremely relatable characters, what's not to love?? Great read!

The first meeting of Stella and Dominico is not the best, since they have a discussion when they are boarding the plane.
After a mess sending an erroneous email to Dominico, Stella is helped by her friend, Alexa, to fix things.
There are funny parts and moments when we can see that Stella's past really holds her back, not letting her fully trust men, but Dominico does everything to prove to her that he can be trusted.
This is a great story, with great plot and characters.

"I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book"
Brilliant! I loved the embarrassing situation Stella found herself in and the brilliant way Domenico responded. The book is fun to read and I thoroughly enjoyed every word. Jenny Gardiner has put the fun back into romance books and I look forward to each book in this delightful series.

Stella is not having a good day and is extremely tired on top of it. Her lovely friend id trying to help her open her heart and know love is a real thing and possible for her. Dominico is off doing what he wants, away from his family. Stella is a welcome distraction and one he wants to spend more time with. I loved his persistence. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

July 26, 2017I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. This was a fun read with lots of sexual repartee. Domenico really try's hard to get Stella to like him but nothing seems to work. This seems to be an ill fated match. I gave it only four stars because I felt it ended to soon. I wanted more.
