Young Witness

I grew up with a single mother and my grandmother when being a single parent was frowned upon. My grandmother was fully immersed into J W and frequently took me to district meetings after my mother got married and I was of school age. I pulled away as a young adult because I didn't accept many of their teachings that I felt did not reflect a loving God.

For anyone firmly entrenched but uncertain of their teaching and policies, I strongly recommend this book. As a follower of Christ I appreciate the author's newfound faith and I can imagine the struggle they went through to separate themselves from the witnesses after so many decades. Blessings to him and his family.

The history is so important in combating cult mind control. I have been researching the “stay alive past 75” and everything was so accurate on this book. Thank you for writing this Barry & sharing your deep rooted multi generation experiences and research of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.
