Dios, este libro debo confesar qué al inicio no me llamaba demasiado la atención. Estaba demasiado centrada en el anterior pero sin duda me ha dejado sin palabras.
No se siente pesada la lectura y sin duda, me encanta la manera de ser de North, su filosofía de vida y lo que sus ideales logran cambiar a un Johan qué es totalmente un desastre es maravilloso.
Y hablando de Johan, dios, el personaje qué sin duda se convirtió en mi favorito. A pesar de tener sus comportamientos un poco... bueno, red flag, su manera de amar es tan intensa y preciosa y conocer su punto de vista, dios, la manera y el porque se enamora de North para esperarlo durante tres años aun sin esperanza te deja con una sensación de ¿dónde están los hombres así?
Las interacciones qué tienen con Hill y Ter son únicas. Me gusta como también sabemos un poco más de ellos sin quitar el protagonismo de la pareja. Las menciones de Tonhfa y Arthit también me hacen querer leer ya sus libros porque como Johan, no dejo de reírme del certificado de Arthir porque lo mordió una piraña.
El libro sin duda me gusta también porque no es necesario poner a un antagonista femenino o un tercero para ellos. Los que llegan a existir, dejan ver una madurez emocional muy presente en North quien deja que todos hablen pero no le importa. Sin duda se ha convertido en uno de mis favoritos.

Primera parte maja. Definitivamente North y yo somos la misma persona olvidadiza xD
Y empiezo a odiar lo de "no somos novios" cierto, estáis CASADOS Y NO LO SABEIS, QUE SOIS TONTISIMOS xD (Johan tiene más neuronas, no puedo decir lo mismo de North)

Ame la serie y por eso tuve que leer el libro de North y Johan y soy muy feliz por haberlo hecho, ame demasiado todo de ellos, su relación es demasiado linda, toda su historia es preciosa, como Johan espero tanto para poder estar con North.. Todos necesitamos un Johan en nuestras vidas y un North también porque es como un sol.

P'Johan: possessive, outspoken and sarcastic, super rich, playboy, obsessed with work and Nong is mine.

Nong North: Likes to play online games, cheerful, a mood maker for his environment, quite talkative and a loyal type.

Me encanta pero a la vez tengo muchos problemas con esta pareja, no es la más tóxica o problemática pero, si tienen mi reconocimiento como una pareja algo explosiva.

มาหนึ่งคุณต้องคาดหวังคำพูดมากมายในตอนนี้
(Ignore the fact that well…half of its in Thai and half in English. Oh, some things are really just too embarrassing to say in my mother tongue. “"It seems like they are talking about the gear. I think he the protects the gear more than his Rolex. That costs what, three million more?"

“"What thing?" I turned to ask the person sitting next to me, not understanding.
"You'll move in with me."
"I don't want to." I immediately shook my head in denial .
Phi Johan looked at my attitude. Not very satisfied.
"Are you going to move in with me forever or do I have to kick you out of the dorm?"”
(A few points about this passage, ทั้งฮิลและโจฮานมีความหวงแหนคนของพวกเขามาก..
โยฮานยังใช้เงินเป็นจำนวนมากในภาคเหนือ…I mean seriously we get he’s rich, but buying out three companies just to keep him from working? On top of that saying he would buy North’s dorm just so he had to live with him. จริงๆแล้วเขาเป็นคนกล้าหาญ)
The next few oh…i wouldn’t dare quote more than a few short sentences. ฉันตกใจมาก แต่มีโมเมนต์น่ารัก ๆ ในกอง NC ฉันก็เลยต้องทำ.

I really lost it completely.”
(Who wouldn’t? ฉันหมายถึงมีเพศสัมพันธ์มัน ถ้าเขาเป็นแบบนั้นกับฉันล่ะ? โอ้ ฉันจะเป็นลมแล้ว)
“I looked into those half-lidded eyes that always made me feel like I was under a spell”
(เขียนยังไงให้สวยครับพี่….I couldn’t, i was about to scream over this part)

(IM SCREAMING. THE SECOND HE CALLED HIM ‘HIA’ I HAD TO STOP READING FOR A SECOND AND COLLECT MYSELF. จริงๆแล้วใจฉันทนไม่ไหวแล้ว)

(Fuck…i mean really just damn. เส้นที่ตีลึกจริงๆ)
"One kiss, one question."
(Common P’Johan behavior honestly)

That statement made me raise my eyebrows. I'm surprised to hear it.
"Have you ever heard of people who flirt everywhere? There are a lot of people who don't kiss their partners. Which is bad because it's a natural thing for the body to do." I nodded as if I understood. I once had an acquaintance who was like that too.
Sex is human nature. But kissing is not something exclusive to love, although many decide to save it for someone special.

"That means... you were Johan's first kiss."
"Yes," was all I replied before lowering my head and bringing the porridge to my mouth. I began to feel the heat on my face again. My heart beat faster as I slowly thought about Phi Prang's words.

(P’Prang really just loves spilling P’Johans secrets. เขาเปลี่ยนจากเพลย์บอยกลายเป็นคนรักทันทีใช่ไหม? ฮ่าๆ. Seriously, you would’ve never thought P’Johan used to play around with girls with how attached he is to P’North.)
“"Phi Hill, but North and I can't leave yet or we won't get the deposit for the dorm," Ter said. He did a great job. Sometimes we have to argue. They can't force us to do everything like that.
"How much is it?" Phi Hill asked.
"Five thousand each."
"Hill and I can give ten thousand each," Phi Johan said.
"Hia, but you can't force me to leave the bedroom like this," I said with a frown.
The staff cleaning the room turned to look at us for a moment before continuing to clean.
"Because?"
"Because this is my room."
"Oh, but it's my building now."”
(HE ACTUALLY BOUGHT OUT THEIR DORM IM SOBBING. Is it even surprising tho? ฮ่าๆ. P’Hill and P’Johan really have no problem spoiling these two. ทิ้งเงินล้านเหมือนเป็นดอลลาร์. เมื่อไหร่จะมีคนถูกใจแบบนั้นซักที ขอเพียงครั้งเดียว...หรือแค่เงิน 555)
Really, these flashback scenes have so much in them. Especially when P’Johan is just straight up jealous of P’North…
“Living life to have fun every day without worrying about what tomorrow will bring. Doing what you want, and whatever money can buy.

Honestly, i just want to quote a bunch of things from P’Norths interview:
“The world is never fair, is it?….. If the world is unfair, we have to try harder."

“If you want to spend your parents' money until you die, that's not wrong. It's your right. But deep down, do you feel worthless? Does it really feel good to be looked down upon all the time?”

“It seemed like all he was trying to do was make that woman happy.
And I started to think that... Why is that person not me?
"Fuck, when are they going to break up?" I cursed in frustration as I kept thinking why the person there wasn't me, why did it have to be that woman? Why does he have to have a girlfriend? And why didn't l even get a chance to approach him?
"He's sitting next to his cute girlfriend while you watch them and wish they would break up," Frank said, laughing. "You're a bad person."
"Oh, when did I say I was a good person?" I said.”
(P’Johan, maybe instead of sitting around for a year and watching him you should’ve made a move? Really, it’s your fault that he had a girlfriend at the time. Another thing, this is definitely the reason P’Johan has such a high alcohol tolerance. Drinking every night for a month straight because you’re jealous? เขาไม่กล้าแม้แต่จะนอนกับผู้หญิง ฉันไม่แปลกใจเลยถ้าเขานึกถึงนอร์ธในขณะที่ทำ...โอ้พระเจ้า นั่นคือสิ่งที่เขาจะทำ)

I adore the pairing. Something that makes us think. The connection is perfect. The story connects all the dots. It makes us fall in love. The writing is so perfect one can visualize the scenes. The story played with my emotions to the point where their sadness controlled my breath. Call me old school head the cloud romantic. But this story sure made me fall in love with obsession or love.

Jo y North fueron la razón por la que conoci estas historias y me repeti sus escenas en las serie a tal punto de tenerle un cariño inmenso, por esa razón el libro no me sorprendio demasiado, la adaptación es bastante fiel al material original.
Amo la pareja de estos 2, P'Johan es la demostración de que cuando amas a alguien a ese nivel, no hay forma que circunstancias como el tiempo y la distancia te permitan olvidado, realmente su vida le pertenece a North y esta claro que lo ama infinitamente.
North es un personaje muy divertido y gracias a que me leí los otros libros tambien note que es una parte fundamental de la historia, él realmente es la razon por la cual todos consiguieron pareja, ama tanto a sus amigos y los apoya tan incondicionalmente que se ve reflejado en el amor puro que le tiene a Jo.
Su historia me parecio muy linda pero si tengo un gran problema con ella y es P'Johan, yo entiendo que trabaja mucho e incluso Jo nunca planeo enamorar a North antes de su viaje a Boston por esa razon no parecia tan amable con él, yo entiendo su actitud porque igual siempre apoyo a North. Mi problema va en todas las escenas sexuales de estos 2 incluso sus primeros besos, creo que hay una diferencia entre ser "rudo" y ser violento, este tipo de situaciones son común en el boys love y aclaro no hablo de consentimiento, hablo de ser rudo y lastimar solo porque el personaje "es asi" si amas tanto a alguien digo yo que tendrias cuidado sobretodo, y esta es mi razon principal, al principio North comunicaba su incomodidad por decirle asi, obvio despues se acostumbro pero mmmm.
Yo le tengo un amor gigante a estos 2 pero por nada del mundo dejaría pasar estas escenas por alto.

Kind of a fluffy story. I didn’t read the best translation of this so I couldn’t get into it much. I might be a hater but Johan getting so whipped by rich people have struggles too and they have to work hard to have what they have kinda made me laugh. Y’all I’ll never be feeling bad about a rich kid. I just can’t. But North has it good. He’s a pretty uncomplicated guy emotionally speaking so it sorta fit with Johan’s character. North is really just a chill guy. In the show, I do find this story much more interesting than the main couple. Though, the bar is pretty low considering it’s a very easy love story plot wise. The actors do fit their character. Maxky’s Johan honestly a lot more expressive than the book Johan which is great cause he’s a little more likeable to me in the show.

La dulzura de una historia que habla de la paciencia y la entrega cuando de verdad se ama es inigualable. Siempre sufro cuando trato de empatisar con el romance y lo meloso, pero en esta ocasión encontré un acogedor libro, repleto de amor, comprensión, cuidados y sobre todo tranquilidad. Donde la confianza es la regla y el pasado no se oculta, se trata con la naturalidad que merece.

Al igual que el primer libro me pareció que tiene muuucho relleno. Hay muchos diálogos que podrían reducirse a la mitad o directamente ni tenerlos, no influyen al desarrollo de la trama. Los capítulos que más me costaron fueron los de los festivales de deporte de la universidad, si son 3 capitulos me parecieron que dieron 10 y si hubiesen puesto 1 mejor.
Lo que si me gusto es la historia de Johan y North, el desarrollo de ambos es muy claro. Me encanta la amistad de North e Easter.

book 1: 3.5 🌟 honestly was really shocked at how different this was from the drama. the drama is definitely more tame and honestly, i think i like it better which usually never happens. i just think the plot of the drama makes more sense.

I really enjoyed my read! While it could have been about 100 pages shorter, I was completely invested in the story. The romance was wonderful, with fantastic, well-developed chemistry between the characters. The bickering between the two was a highlight and added so much fun and charm—North was an especially lovely character.

Después de ver la serie "Four ever you" me quedé con ganas de ver más de esta pareja así que me comencé a leer la saga, debo admitir que me esperaba algo más, un poco de emoción o algo.
