I was already loving the cast of characters that we've gotten to know in books 1 and 2, and then the author gave us another fun group through the heroine. I love the camaraderie and the way they all band together as family, even if they aren't all by blood.

Evan could have been a boring character if this book was just focused on him and Kenzie. It was the side characters that really brought out the other side of him. His best characteristics was how much he took care of everyone around him. He w

I wanted to love this story, I truly did because in the past I have loved this author’s work immensely and while the first book in this series was a bit of a miss for me, the second book was better, this one falls somewhere in the middle. As I read this book, I kept thinking that this author’s normal voice is missing from this series. While the stories are okay, they are lacking the sweetness, the intensity between the hero and heroine, and for the most part the fun that I’ve come to ex

This is a relatively laid back romance with plenty of heart and lots of friends and family. It’s the type of story to read when you want something fun, something real, and something with just a tiny bit of angst.

description

Kenzie’s heart was broken by the perfect man. He was everything she wanted and loved. But when he just packed up and left, he not only broke her, he broke her brother as well. Now she’s afraid to trust all the goodness that is Evan. How can she trust that he won’t one day do the same th

I enjoyed this installment in the Veteran Movers series. Evan’s story lived up to my expectations and then some. Kenzie and her crew were as funny and crazy as Evan’s, fitting both of their lives together like a puzzle. That opening scene was a hoot! Granted Evan could sometimes come across as too go

I went into this hoping that it would be better than the other book that I read in the series, well I was wrong! Once again I had the feeling that I needed to read the first book in the series to understand some of the dynamics but at the same time the lack of focus on Evan and Kenzie really threw me out of the story. I never felt connected to either characters and just wanted the story to be over.

This specific video review will be included in the September 2019 wrap-up.

HANDLE WITH CARE is book three in the Veteran Movers series and this is Evan and Kenzie’s book. As with most of Harte’s Contemporary series, I found this book to be very lighthearted. There’s quite a lot of banter and joking around, making it very easy to read.

I’ve also come to notice a trend with Harte’s heroes, especially the ones with a military background. She really likes to show off their macho and vulnerable sides in equal measures and I do think this is an attractive quality of her

Evan is lovely - he's sweet, handsome, considerate, and patient with Kenzie, all very fine qualities. The problem is that I was far more intrigued by his secret-no-secret grumpy, rude, taciturn, angry cousin Smith. I was a goner as soon as I read about Smith's tea party with the little girl. Forget perfect Evan, I want the totally imperfect Smith's story now.

Everyone knows that Evan is perfect. Kenzie's friends like him, her little brother Daniel adores him, even his mother's only criticism is

I’m enjoying this series now by Marie Harte. I may not have enjoyed the first book, but the last two have won me over, and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series. I love how Marie Harte incorporates Military Veterans getting their HEA. I also love how she writes each character and who they fall for in their books. If you are looking for a contemporary romance story that involves military veterans getting their own love stories, then this series is

Handle with Care might center around Evan and Kenzies beginning romance but it also has a strong theme of family and friendship on both sides. This was a fun and lighthearted read about getting back into the dating game after suffering heartache and it involves two of the nicest characters in romancedom. Both Evan and Kenzie will make you go smile and giggle when they both navigate dating again!

I have been waiting for Evan's story and it is my absolute favorite out of the series so far.

Evan is the quiet one of the family. He's the silent partner with his cousins in Vets on the Move! And with his cousin Cash out with a broken limb - he's helping to fill in with some of the moves. This where he finds Kenzie - the woman who took his breath away the minute he sees her.

Evan and Kenzie hit it off from the start. And I loved these two together. But both have some underlying feelings about p

Evan Griffith finds himself taken by a teenage conman and confronted by a woman wielding a knife – and promptly falls head over heels for her. Kenzie Sykes doesn’t have time for romance, but Evan’s not asking… until he is, and she finds herself saying yes.

This contemporary romance is an emotionally ‘real’ romance with strong, likeable characters that draws readers in and refuses to let go. Evan and Kenzie have lots of chemistry but both characters have a few reservations about romance, Kenzie mo

The 3rd book in the Veteran Movers series which this has Evan the cousin as the main character. He meets Kenzie and her friends and ends up falling for her. Their story is built around this and dealing with the fallout from his injury. So this isnt him saving her but more of just finding himself, finding her, family, friends and the chemistry between Evan and Kenzie. It's a sweet story. Low angst story that focuses on family and friends. I can't put my finger on what's missing but there is somet ...more

Handle With Care is part of a series, and although I read it as a stand alone, I recommend reading the series in order. The story will have more depth of characterization and flow more logically. Still, it's not a bad or great read but kind of middle of the road. I mean, cute couple, witty banter, loveable sidekicks, a few bumps in the road, and viola! I read it fast, and it's light. This one is a good read when you want something delightful that requires little thought. It's an escape for a bit ...more

This is the third book in the series and yes you do need to read the others to know what is going on because even the book is about Evan and Kenzie we have the second story that continues with Smith, nope if you are not reading I am not telling.. Book was funny and I was happy that Evan got his story he deserved it, I wasn't crazy about Kenzie, I didn't like her I can't even explain it. I adored Evan and Kenzie’s journey through friendship, family and love. It was sweet and hot, emotional and funny at the same time.

Evan was definitely the guy. Caring, sexy and so damn charming. When he met Kenzie while helping moving out her best friend, Rachel, he wouldn’t have expected to feel this insta connection at first sight, even Kenzie’s crazy bunch of friends haven’t scared him off.

Veteran Movers #3

A company that employs military veterans who move people sounds like a wonderful team to join when one leaves for civilian life. A team to work with and that will support you. That is what was created with Vets on the Go – a business Evan Griffith is a partner in with other family members.

When on a job he is warned about a woman that is “crazy” by a teen in the neighborhood...and shortly thereafter he sees her entangled in a trio of women crying a

This is a sweet, sexy and often funny story about a graphic designer and the sexy man who helps her friend move house. While they both feel an immediate attraction, Kenzie has been burned too many times before and Evan has to show her that he’s worth taking a risk on.

The relationship that stops and starts between Kenzie and Evan is entertaining. Kenzie’s little brother brings charm and humour to the story. Kenzie’s friends are smart and funny - and I loved them.

The third book in the series of the Veteran Movers and this one has Evan the cousin working since Cash was hurt in the last book. He meets Kenzie Sykes and her friends which one of them is moving. He also meets Kenzie brother which he does not know at first who takes his phone and then before giving it back changes ring tone and something else but that for you to find out. This one was cute. I liked how awkward both Evan and Kenzie were about their attraction at first. It was like they were teenagers first discovering the other sex. Sure they both had good reasons to be skittish, it made for good reading. I liked how both went to their friends and family to for advice on how to maneuver through the budding relationship. Daniel added an interesting dimension to things. I really liked that Evan knew they would be a set and made an effort to win over Daniel as well a ...more

Handle with Care (Veteran Movers #3) is an fun, steamy and thoroughly enjoyable read. Unfortunately I didn't realize that it was part of a series by author Marie Harte and found it a bit confusing at times keeping track of all the characters. I'll definitely be adding The Whole Package (#1) and Smooth Movers (#2) to my TBR list.

I just couldn’t get into this one. I have read the author in the past and enjoyed her, however this is part of a series and from the beginning I was confused. Thank you to netgalley for the ARC.

Out of the three books in the series, so far, this third book was my favorite. Handle with Care was amusing, quirky, sexy, and emotional, and contained charming characters, an engaging storyline, and a heartfelt romance. This book is not so much about an alpha hero saving a damsel in distress but rather a book full of friends, family, healing, and love with characters that are down-to-earth and relatable and a believable, realistic storyline.

Evan and his cousin owns a moving business called Vets On The Go and only veterans were hired. The last two weeks he had actually been moving furniture instead of his normal desk job. Evan was a CPA he quit his high paying eight hour week job to work with the moving company and he had side jobs doing accountant work. The reason he was moving furniture is his cousin Cash broke his arm fighting off a gang and the company had been started so Cash would have a job he could work after leaving the ser ...more

Handle With Care is the third book in the Veteran Movers series Marie Harte and is currently scheduled for release on August 27 2019. While each of her books can be enjoyed as a stand alone, some of the character connections and personalities shine more for returning readers- so I highly recommend reading as a series.

Evan Griffith has done a lot in his life: a stint in the Marine Corps, life as an overworked CPA, investing in his family-owned moving company. But none of that holds a candle to he

Marie Harte is a master at conversation. This book had me riveted with the back and forth between the characters! I so enjoy reading about the people she has in her stories. I come to care for them and have to see what they are up to now. This one is the CPA cousin of the moving company. I'm hoping for more stories about these oh so capable retired military movers.

Evan Griffith has finally left the CPA firm that has been overworking him and he is now filling in at the moving company for his cous
