My book was really great!! It's about baseball and it teaches you to learn that when your not focused, your not playing at your best ability. But when you are focused and into the game, you can be the best you've played because you learned how to stay mentally focused and physically focused. I would recommend this book to everyone, even if your not in any sports because it will help you in life too! I loved how the book was written, so focused and dedicated !! So EVERYONE please read this book, it will definatly help you in life!
