As EDITOR on this third book in the Trilogy, and not having read the previous two, I was worried I wouldn't know who was who. However, it all just fitted nicely without too many rambling 'reminders' and to me was just an excellent stand-alone story which is quite some feat. The long awaiting conclusion to this, the third in the series, was a total surprise and 'you couldn't make it up'... except that Jeffrey Debris did. Well worth the read and am now definitely going to read books one and two.

In The Xoron Redemption zien we oude bekenden terug.

“The Xoron Redemption,” Book III of “The Shaedon Resurgence” trilogy, offers the reader intensity on every page, driving the plot to free planet Netherea, home of the Xoron people, from Shaedon control, taken from the ancient Luminar people. To do so, the forces of the Xoron Alliance and the Zar’aranos Empire are eventually combined under the command of the Xoron naval Admiral Xer’xis. It is too easy to say author Jeffrey Debris is a genius of a writer. –Better to state what a mind he has to co ...more

The last book of the series is working towards the climax of the war between Sheadon and the Alliance, as can be expected. The common goal to defeat the dreaded Sheadon, unites people, worlds even. The search for the important tomes is relentless. In the end, the prophecy is about using the Prime Spell of Air, which is said to wipe out the Sheadon once and for all.

Although Räz Numera plays a key role in this entire story, the other characters give this series what makes it so special. Xer'xis, L

The third and final installment of this series is possible the bloodiest of all, which fits the development of the plot. The known characters have developed in a logical way, and in this volume no new characters are introduced. A really cool thing to see is that a couple of background characters is returning (and the character list at the end of the book will help refresh the memory of those readers who do not catch on to it immediately).

Again, a great arc of suspense is created, which I persona

This third part of "The Shaedon Resurgence" is a great combination of continuing the story and new plot-twists. The main characters continue developing, often in unexpected ways, and the whole book keeps readers on their toes.
The ending is sheer genius. It makes perfect sense, and yet I did not see it coming at all. It closes the story, and yet leaves it open. It leaves you thinking. It is, in short, the perfect way to finish an imaginative, deep and mind-twisting trilogy.
