This is a colorful oversized book with beautiful watercolor illustrations painted by the author.

Each page is jam-packed with information and illustrations which answer the folowing questions about clothes around the world:

The author covers important topics such as clothing worn by people doing special jobs--firefighters and astronauts, clothing worn to wear to play sports and games, clothing worn by six world religions, and clothing worn for special occasions

Great book with illustrations. Could be used in many subjects across the curriculum. Very informative. Each spread could be used as a stimulus for a different topic e.g.. special jobs that include fire fighters could be used in the term topic of superheroes. Or "6 Great religions" could be used in humanities. I think it's a fab book to teach children and diversity and understanding other cultures and tolerance for others. Highly recommend.
