The Journey to Oclesedor was exciting, keeping me interested and always wondering what was going to happen next. The best part was the action. I'm a big fan of huge battle scenes and this book had quite a few. The worst part were the cliffhangers at the end of so many chapters, I had no choice but to keep reading. Pacing was good. Everything flowed really nicely. Some character interactions were awkward and some were very intriguing. There was a lot of drama that kept me interested in the story ...more

I am giving a free and honest review of this book. I liked this book as much as I liked the first one. Sometimes the second book in a series can be a big letdown but this one, in my opinion, actually surpassed the first one. The second volume was packed with action and intrigue all the way through. I especially loved the twist at the end. OH NO YOU DON'T. No peeking. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I have.

A great read. I finished it in days, it was that addictive and easy to read. I really recommend reading this book if you're interested in fantasy, magic and adventure. I really look forward to the next installment. I think the second book was even better than the first, as the writer hones their craft.

Not having read book 1 I thought it may be difficult to follow the story of book 2. Absolutely not true, it could almost stand alone on his own. Very well written and the fight scenes are amazing. The story is full of action and intrigues it is a must read for those that are interested in fantasy and magic. Very enjoyable fast paced read.

If you love adventure, this is a book for you!

The names at the beginning that kept being repeated were tricky to pronounce. Other than that this book has a lot of twists & turns to it. Princess Ariella was kept isolated in her kingdom. She was never taught much about the world. And she soon learns that everyone is keeping secrets from her! She has no idea who to trust. Who is using her? Or worse who is playing her? She soon learns she is being pursued by sorcerers & a tall beast that can fly. Sh
