This was one fantastic story. Very well written and will keep you glued to your e-reader.
This story has a lot of action, suspense and you will want to rip a few people's heads off I did. We also get some steamy scenes.
Lane my heart went out to this shifter, and poor Penny.
I am not going to say another word so I don't spoil it but I highly suggest you grab this wonderful story and enjoy.
And if you have read any of the stories in That Old Black Magic world you will meet a few characters you already know which makes a story even more fun to read.

Werewolf Penny Reed is prim and proper and the librarian in Stillwater. Lane Wilde is a were-panther who is on the way to Canada to start a new life and escape his past. However, a spell went a little wrong and it meant that these two strangers will have a one night stand that is just the start of their lives together. Can people and secrets from their pasts destroy what they have?
This is a lovely story with a chance meeting, a little nudge from magic and then drama and excitement all the way. I enjoyed the concept of the story and it was great to experience a prim librarian losing her inhibitions and getting the happiness she truly deserved. Well written it was very enjoyable. I thought that the physical side of their relationship was tastefully done and not too graphic. Very enjoyable.

Penny is a librarian good girl with a traumatic past, she would never go home with a complete stranger unless it was the effects of city wide enchantment, or was it? That were panther just stole her breath away in that back alley and now she can't stop thinking about him.. Was it just her hearts desire though?
When her past comes back to haunt her she realizes that it's much more than passion in Lane's arms, he wants to keep her safe from her horrible past and Lane wants to change his plans about running from his in Penny's arms.
Fate and the hearts desire has a way of changing ones life.

Excellent Story
Another story that you cannot help but fall in love with. Love the twist of the magic in the air that causes issues. You can never go wrong when you just follow your hearts desire.
I loves the drama that surrounded our couple because it made the story exciting and interesting and you didn't want to stop reading until you were done. Loved it.
