Timothy R. Clark is founder and CEO of LeaderFactor, a global consulting, coaching, and training organization. Approche intéressante pour un livre sur les qualités de leadership. Timothy Clark fait son entrée en matière avec une conversation entre un professeur et son ancien étudiant.

Marcus apprend de son prof du secondaire les règles d’or à intégrer dans sa vie professionnelle pour devenir un leader authentique.

Une lecture rapide, droit au but.

When it arrived, I thought maybe I'd wasted my money. But then I read it in one sitting, in an hour. The story was fantastic. The lessons, while not "new," are crafted to be memorable.

"We don't need more smart people. We have plenty of those. ...Why do you want to lead?"
