Children will enjoy Slowville. There are adventures, nature to admire & friendly animals to play with.
The school is on a rooftop.
The city center has a marina, a pond, lots of flowers/trees & shops for anything 1 might want/need.
Today is a chance for Kimaya, Ben, Sanjee, Savya, Oliver, Mei & Toby (dog) to visit & learn about a Farm. Suzy(farmer) will give the tour/presentation. Mrs. Santos (teacher) will accompany them.
Next stop for the school kids a retirement home for the elderly.

An innovative series of children’s books

I started with the second book ‘children of Slowville’ first, and this was so fun that I wanted to read the first one too. Well, I liked these two new stories as much as I did in the other book. What a great ecological setting of the city where these 6 friends live. For me that is the most innovative in this series of books.
The stories are nice and the illustrations just amazing.
I absolutely recommend.

Very educational

This is a great piece of work, well written and spiced with diversity. I love the fact that children will be able to read and learn in a new language. I love the different questions asked at the end of the story of each page
