Tyler and Emily were in love, then he blamed her for his sister’s death in an accident. His sister left behind a daughter, Hayley, whom everyone loves.

Emily’s heart was broken by Tyler, and now she only wants what’s best for Hayley. Which is moving in together at Ty’s mother’s house.

Tyler sees his mistake eventually, and things are idyllic, until another test of their relationship comes along, and he fails again.

This book is a bit mundane, the writing is stilted at times, the story is not bad

I have read a number of Ms Evans' books, however this is the first in a contemporary genre and it's very different to her Historical Romances. I had to put aside my preconceived ideas about the book, and judge it purely by its content and story line. The book is complex in that the characters are dealing with the death of wild child Lizzie, which has affected all of them in one way or another. For some, they were able to assess the situation and move on, rating her death as a senseless accident. ...more

Hayley was my superhero of this book. I loved how the little girl was so resilient with a smile and a hug, even though she had lost so much in her young life. I loved Tyler. Overprotective as heck, but not for just controlling purposes, he was so sweet. There was the good guy he used to be dying to get out (after being buried with guilt and responsibilities beyond measure) and it eventually did. I loved how he proved himself after realizing what a pig he had been to Emily. I enjoyed Emily a grea ...more

This book left me completely cold: too much bromance, too much explanation, too much drama. I was expecting something a little more complex from one of my favorite regency romance writer, but maybe the next one is going to be better.

Emily was a strong character and I loved the relationship she had with Haley. Tyler was not my favorite, he was childish and didn't know how to handle grief. I believe the girls deserved better. Chase was lovely btw.

This is an essentially sweet second chance romance.

Emily and Tyler have a past, and it isn't a happy one. They put their differences aside for the sake of Hayley, his niece ,and her goddaughter.

The sparks fly between them and they eventually give in to their attraction. The course of true love never did run smooth and the sparks fly in totally the wrong way at times.

Both the main characters are well described, although Emily is a much more engaging and likeable character than Tyler at first.

Love Me is the first book in the Cooper's Creek series. It is a standalone that does not end on a cliffhanger.

This was a quick read that I enjoyed from start to finish. Emily was stubborn, but she loved with all of her heart. I thought it was fabulous that she refused to let Tyler keep her from the goddaughter that she loved so much. Tyler was frustrating at times, but the way that he loved his friends and especially Hayley kept me from writing him off when he annoyed me. It was obvious that he

I Demand That You Love Ne

This is the first book that I've read by the author. I don't think that I'll read another. This book was full of grammatical errors and glitches. The profanity was unnecessary and taking the Lord's name in vain was unacceptable. It didn't matter that Hayley, the 5-year old that everyone loved, could hear them.

Harley was the only likeable person in the book. After all, she was a lovable, precocious child that held the characters together. She couldn't, however, carry the

Excellent read

Excellent story between Tyler and Emily who used to be lovers but broke up after the death of Tyler sister. When Tyler‘s mom passes away he becomes legal guardian of his niece Hayley. He moves her New York City where she’s very unhappy and calls her aunt Emily to come get her. Emily convinces Tyler to bring her back to Cooper’s Creek but Tyler makes her a deal that she has to move in with them. I've loved Bronwen Evans' historical romances from the first one I read. After reading two of her contemporary romances, yep, I love them too. Ms. Evans consistently delivers well-written books packed with amazing characters. Love Me is a touching story of a brother wanting to do best for his dead sister's daughter. Tyler lost his sister years before and now his mother, leaving him to raise his niece. Emily is his ex and his sister's best friend. Their second chance romance is loaded with hearta ...more

Tyler is a cold man, a ruthless player and very, very judgmental. He punishes Emily for an accident four years ago.

When his sister died, he shut her best friend and his lover Emily out of his life.
When his mother dies, he now has custody of his seven year old niece, Hayley.

Emily has been there for Hayley every step of the way, from the day she was born. As her godmother, she’s loved her like a daughter. She even flies to New York where Tyler has uprooted Hayley to. Things are not going well for

The general story is cute, but it just didn't live up to the potential for me. Emily is okay, but Tyler's not particularly likeable. Also, I was hoping to see some emotional maturity between the hero and heroine, but that wasn't really evident. Despite all the situations that could've showed some growth, the characters felt flat.

Perhaps the main thing that throws me off here is that there's such an emphasis on the physicality of Emily and Tyler's relationship, and not enough on the emotional. E

Emily has lost her best friend in a automobile accident leaving a young daughter Hayley. Hayley is Emily’s goddaughter and she will do anything for her so when she calls her to come get her Emily doesn’t hesitate. Emily finds out Hayley is living with her uncle Tyler who at one time was Emily’s ex love and now she has to move in with them to take care of Hayley. Tyler has blamed Emily for his sisters death but he is willing to let her care for Hayley. It was hard to like Tyler with his misplaced ...more

Quick, easy read with few editing errors. I enjoyed the characters and look forward to getting to know more about them all. I was disappointed in Emily after the fight in the kitchen and how quickly she ended up back in his arms. I feel like that situation could have been handled differently, but in the end it was a pivotal moment for the storyline. I liked both the H/h and felt they truly loved and forgave one another. Not the greatest love story, but a good passing time kinda read.

This is the 1st book I've read written by Bronwen Evans; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I will definitely be reading more of her books.

The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

I loved the chemistry between the characters.

This is a rollercoaster of emotions as the author takes us through what is a couple of complex characters who both want the same thing. This is a really enjoyable story and I shall look out for more by this author in the future.

Tyler blames Emily for his sister's death and hasn't seen her in five years. His mother dies and he gets gets custody of his sister's daughter Hayley. He gets Emily to agree to help him with Hayley. He realizes that he never stopped loving Emily. Can these two find their happiness together? I really enjoyed this book. The story and characters were well developed and interesting.

The storyline is touching. I really like Tyler, it’s easy to relate to his pain . Emily on the other end it’s another story because in my opinion she is opinionated and high maintenance.

This one i thought this wou!d be an enjoyable read but stopped reading after I realized it was full of sex and swearing, using the Lords name in vain!!! Why do authors ruin a possible good story by writing this way is so sad!

I enjoyed Tyler and Emily's path to love. It's a heartbreaking story of two people brought together over tragedy to care for one sweet little girl who lost her mother. The story has some drama, misplaced blame, passion, love and romance. I enjoyed this story from beginning until the very end.

Ebook, part of a series

He’s taking care of his niece after her mom and then his Mom dies. She wants to go home, Emily arrives to bring her home. He loved her once but hates her now or so he thinks. Much drama and pain happens but they work through it to be a loving family

Emily Stanford and Tyler Jeffries story was fantastic. This is the first story in the Coopers Creek series. I have to tell you it drew me in from page. It's a great romance and some of the pages sizzle, and that's just the way I like it. Congratulations to this author with her new series!

This is the first book in the series and what a fantastic read it was. There is lots going on in this book lots of drama to keep you reading late into the night. A good well-written book with a good interesting storyline I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward to the rest of the series.

3 star I guess

More sexual than my tastes run to. And I really hate the whole "baby" thing but that's me. Otherwise decent except an annoying wrong word error. (I wonder what a "wonton look" looks like) .

Not a bad story

Hailey was absolutely adorable. The book wasn’t bad but it would have been better is the plot was stronger. I would read other books by this author. Until next time y’all happy reading.

It was okay, but I really didn't like the Male lead. Way to quick to cut Emily out at the drop of a hat.
