I read this in a volume of the hardcover reprint series of the DETECTIVE BOOK CLUB. One of the "older lady amateur detective" type, it still pleases. Maybe 4 stars is too generous, but the locale, Mexico, and the writing made it better than I expected. Bravo!

i've read this one several times and always love it. too bad i haven't found more books by sylvia angus.

This was a 50 cent book I found at a used bookstore. A great read!
