This is a well written book one that is written for the layperson in psychology and not for the expert or the serious student.

I find an abundance of information and useful suggestions packed in this book.

It is an enjoyable read and a profitable read for most of us.

This was a really informative and engaging book. I really enjoyed reading it. In fact, I could hardly put it down. The self-help exercises were the best, and my least favourite parts had to do with meditation (a tat boring), but overall it was good and if I had the time, I'd read it all over again. For now, though, I'll be content to read over the sections that I need most.

Yay for the people in my community who left this book in the community library box/house (?).
It's been so useful, and I'll always come back to it when the going gets tough.
