انتظار یک کتاب کاربردی و عملیاتی داشتم. خیلی تئوری بود. شاید کلا 3-4 صفحه مثال زده بود. در مقام تئوری هم به نظرم ضعیف بود
وبه نسبت حرف هایی که می خواست بزنه حجم کتاب زیاد بود. به جای 200 صفحه میشد تو 60-70 صفحه خلاصش کرد.
گربه شور خوانی کردمش.

I enjoyed the overall tone. However, other than suggestions on how to meditate with children and a few specific questions to guide discussion, there was very little on how to implement such programs.

Uni required reading - 3*

It was my SOL so it was a necessary read. Some decent quotes in there but wasn't actually engaging...
