It's an abomination in this tech heavy world. For crying out loud, we can send a fcuking space ship to Mars and Amazon won't invest in a good software. Tells you they don't care 'cause they're the biggest bully on the block. Sorry, this too is a problem for me. Also, shows a lack of respect for the readers who pay their bills.(less)

So... this was actually really cute and it is definitely the best Christmas romance I read in a while, and I enjoyed almost every aspect of the story.

Even those cliche moments were done right.

I usually an not a fan of grumpy male MCs, but somehow this time our love interest didn't get on my nerves. Not a single time.

This book has two tropes, enemies to lovers (kind of) and fake dating.

It also has sooo many holly joly Christmas decorations, sweaters and references, just like one Christmas romance

Oh, I loved this romance! I went into this book rather blindly. I had not read any of Amy Andrews work before this book. This is the second book in the Credence, Colorado series but it works perfectly well as a stand-alone novel. I do want to go back and read the first book though but that is just because I liked this one so much. I really had a fantastic time with this story.

Fantastic, sexy and hot as hell! Readers will love Suzanne. She has a lot of sass which I loved. Brooding Joshua Grady has his world turned upside down when Suzanne shows up on his doorstep. Credence, Colorado and its residents have me hooked on this series. I'm ready for more, please! ...more

First, thank you to Andrews for a holiday romance that actually takes place and centers around the holiday. Suzanne St. Michelle a renowned artist who makes her money creating copies of classic works is visiting Credence, Colorado for a month. She has rented a cottage on rancher Joshua Grady’s land. And as long as she keeps out of his way all will be fine. LOL..

Instant chemistry is one thing, but when you find out your short term tenant has been painting pictures of you, you might just strike a

After 12 years in the military, all Joshua Grady wants is peace and privacy. Santa must not have received the memo because thanks to an uncle who own the ranch where Josh lives and decided to rent the cottage on the land, what the loner and grumpy rancher will have for Christmas start with a fake relationship with a vivacious and chatter-box artist. Him, the guy who could be voted for the less-fan of the Holidays season and all that comes with it will find himself accepting to be the pretend
Suzanne St Michelle is a brilliant copyist, she makes a good living in New York creating replicas of priceless paintings for art galleries and private collectors but living in the shadow of her mother, a world renowned sculptor, Suzanne really wants to find her muse. When her BFF suggests she gets away from it all and seeks inspiration in Credence, Colorado she jumps at the chance to commune with nature. All Suzanne St. Michelle wants is to find her muse and to enjoy an over top Christmas full of lights, holiday sweaters, and silly ornaments, a Christmas her artsy NYC parents usually avoid like the plague. All she wants in an over-the-top, eggnog-induced holiday with her best friend, but her parents insists she comes home for a boring Christmas in New York, so Suzanne St. Michelle does what any sane rational woman would do, she claims her landlord is really her boyfriend who really loves Christmas. He does not love Christmas or company or chatty women, unfortunately Joshua Grady finds himself agreeing to Suzanne’s charade.

This ‘Credence Colorado’ holiday romance an emotional gripping tale with the

Suzanne is an artist who needs a change of scenery, so she books a cabin in Colorado to enjoy the Christmas holiday. While there, she meets grumpy scrouge Grady who owns the ranch where the cabin is located and doesn't seem to want to deal with the holidays. After some rough patches and special moments, the two together, navigate the Christmas holiday and the traditions that go with it creating something new and much more special.

Grady and Suzy's story was so adorable about finding the joy of the holidays and falling in love when you least expect it. Grady was a miserable, broody alpha male but Suzy worked at getting through the walls he built up.
Amy Andrews has really started a great series with Credence, Colorado. It’s romantic comedy gold where the whole town is matchmaking! In The Trouble with Christmas we have a grumpy hunk who’s basically a hermit Scrooge and an artist trying to get inspiration! Well one look at Joshua Grady and Suzanne is getting her artistic groove back. Too bad he seems to not want anything to do with her. The Trouble with Christmas was pure fun to read! It’s sexy, humorous and quirky. Joshua and Suzanne witty b ...more

The Trouble with Christmas was a heartwarming, sweet story with a communicative holiday spirit.

When the grumpy, tall, dark and handsome rancher let his match with an artist who made him fall in love without even trying.

Brady was happy in his solitary life, his ranch, busy all day and keeping his life at bay from all the people of Credence Bay. Until the moment when the cottage next to his house was rented by the bubbly, chatty and

A romance of three parts

This is a perfect romance. The first section slowly builds to the Christmas chaos Suzanne unleashes on Grady. The middle section is laughs out loud hilarity. The third section is intensely romantic and a joy to soak up. So relax in stage one and enjoy the set up then spend an hour laughing uproariously at Suzy and Grady’s antics. Then finally enjoy a couple working out they're happy ever after.

The Trouble with Christmas
by Amy Andrews is the second book in her Credence, Colorado series but can be read and enjoyed a stand alone. This fake relationship romance is so jam packed with holiday cheer it will without a doubt put you in the Christmas mood.

Artist Suzanna St. Michelle comes to Credence to find her muse and create some original art work. Her muse is instantly taken with her handsome rancher of a landlord, and she gets into a groove

This is a laugh out loud, fun and moving story, MS Andrews has such a way with words she pulls the reader in, brings the characters to life they become friends and this one is just so good, I loved Grady and Suzanne so very different but so meant to be together, being back in Credence was such a joy and I do hope that you pick this one up and get to know Grady and Suzanne.

What a wonder Christmas time romance, even though our lead character, Grady. Hates the season. The author has written a very funny, heartwarming and touching story with characters so well defined, you’ll not only love them but you’ll feel every once of their emotions. Characters that you’ll grow to love and root for too.

Grady, a rancher in Credence Colorado, is a loner who just wants to tend to his ranch and be left alone. Especially around the Christmas holidays, as they bring up tragic memorie

This is the first book that I have read from this author and I found it to be really enjoyable. It is the second book of the series but it can be read as a standalone. I am not a big fan of the holidays but I do love a good Christmas movie or book. This story kind of reminded me of a movie that was the same premises except the heroine “kidnapped a boyfriend” and I love that quirky type of movie so this book was a real treat. This book had just what I was looking for when I picked it up. A grumpy rancher who meets a spunky city girl to throw him for a loop, all set during Christmas time. It had the right amount of sweetness combined with a large helping of sexual tension to balance it out. The banter was very entertaining and the writing style was easy to get involved in to the story. I enjoyed it and look forward to going back to read the first book in the series.

Fun-fact about me: I adore everything and anything Christmas. I'm that person who will beg all year to be able to put my tree up and begin buying presents for my family and friends months before Christmas is even a thought. So, it's no surprise that I love Christmas stories, the cheesier the better.

This book follows Suzanne as she tries to find inspiration to make her own art. She replicates art for a living--a very good living--but it doesn't feed her soul, only her wallet. So what better way

A sad "don't call me Scrooge" DNF. I like Amy Andrews' romances. I like Christmas romances. I like grumpy hero romances. I just didn't like this Amy Andrews Christmas with a grumpy hero romance.

One big reason I had difficulty was that I just couldn't take any more of Suzanne's italicized inner thoughts. Suzanne had paragraphs and paragraphs with randomly italicized thoughts and I just couldn't take it any more. It was really distracting and kind of annoying and totally made me dislike her. Big

OMG, this book is soooooo good! It's laugh out loud funny and has a bit of snark. I just loved the story and, while I've long been a fan of the author, think this is her best book yet. She perfectly captured a Christmas tale that is so good it can, and should, be read any time of year. I loved the characters, from the artistic Suzanne and the gruff Grady, to the oh so proper Simone.

This book is just a delight to read. It was so yummy that I slowed my reading pace down so that I could savor and

‘The Trouble With Christmas’ is the first book I have read by Amy Andrew, and I was given it in exchange for an honest review.

Initially it felt strange to be reading a festive themed book in the middle of September, but I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it’s made me feel that little bit of excitement already for the holiday season.

Picked this up because I was going to be spending a lot of time rather indisposed (have hit that age where one must do rather unpleasant yet routine medical tests...sigh). I didn't want anything that was going to be too taxing - just something to take my mind off the task at hand (so to speak). I will admit that this fit that bill nicely. But...yeah. Not really my cup of tea.

I wanted to go with a modern romance as I've been reading a lot of historicals lately. This is definitely modern, no stays

Suzanne its an artist who paints copies of masterpieces for museums, etc. They display her copies while the real painting stays safe in a vault (who knew that was a thing?!) This is a great entertaining Christmas, the season of good will and holiday cheer read, it’s a laugh out loud hilarious romance with just the perfect mix of sarcasm and snark. This may be a Christmas tale but i firmly believe it will read over and over and loved at anytime of the year. The characters are loveable and the banter they share flows so naturally throughout their story.
Suzanne has escaped New York and arrived in Credence to try and get her mojo back and get creative with her art work
