Contains 30 days of reflections all centered around the Eucharistic Presence. It is designed to be used as one per day of the month which seems to work best for me, although sometimes I've gotten a bit greedy and read a few extra. Each reflection begins with a selection from Scripture, the meditation text, some questions to ponder and a short prayer. At the back of the book are some beautiful rosary and Stations of the Cross reflections. One of my favorite books for Adoration.
