As a sports trader who doesn't know much about horse racing, I didn't find this book very useful. The chapters are written by different people, making this book very disjointed. Things weren't explained or explained well. I also question how sharp the authors are; I suspect they are not too sharp, not premium charge payers at Betfair, for example. The parts on using automated tools were woeful. Horse racing is a very complicated sport, but this book doesn't do a good job of providing you information. There is some useful stuff here and there, but not enough to make reading this book worthwhile.
