I picked this up thinking it might be a useful read about how the business world talked about sustainability 20 years ago. It's not a good use of time. The only interesting anecdote was about the corporate values of environmental awareness and enjoying nature that Patagonia had instilled throughout the organization. In addition to some positive statements about BP and Dupont that do not stand the test of time, the writing is extremely dull, even by academic standards.

A how to manual for implementing an environmentally/socially/economicially sustainable approach to business in your company. Not light reading, but useful if that's what you are about.
