As someone who feels blessed by having a “best friend” for over 50 years - and other best friends from across my life, women I treasure so much, I really enjoyed this book. Some of the stories really did bring a few tears to my eyes. Published in 1998, I suspect many of those featured in the book have died. I only hope they remained close to their best friends through the years since 1998. That is my hope as well.

If you have ever had a best friend, this book will bring tears to your eyes! A lovely tribute of friendship that comes in all shapes, sizes, and forms. I really enjoyed the heart-felt stories from all kinds of people and so many different relationships. The pictures in black and white were inspiring!
Definately a keeper.

This is a pleasant 'coffee table book' a fun read, mostly great photographs, and provides the reader an appreciation for their own friends, and it was from my best friend, and my hubby, Allen...so I will treasure it's sweet words and lovely photos for a long time
