Located at a nexus of mystical energy fields, Fulton Heights is practically an electromagnet for supernatural drama. And when a mysterious (and annoyingly hot) vampire boy arrives with a cryptic warning, Auggie suddenly finds himself at the center of it. An ancient and terrible power is ret ...more

You know...

Maybe I can get back into the vampire trope that seems to be making a resurgence if they're going to be gay like this book promises! That, plus a protagonist who loves art and sucks at math that may be the key to saving humanity?

Mark me down as interested. Caleb Roehrig, you can sit with us!

Recommends it for: twilight fans who are tired of re-reading the same vampire romance over and over again
remember when I said "vampire romances are lame and stupid"? that was before I knew about THIS book by the one and only Caleb Roehrig that features a hatred of algebra, supernatural stuff, and a cover with the subtitle "why are the cute ones always undead" like I'm reevaluating how much I actually want to be a senator and how much I want 895 copies of this book please

Are we going back into the vampire era, but instead of sparkly statues we’re getting queer undead bloodsuckers? Because I’m here for it.

Also do vampires pierce the jugular vein or the carotid artery when they feed? I need to know, for science.
