I loved this book. Even though Esmeralda is not a princess I still thoroughly enjoyed this book and love how well it was done. All three stories were done very well and all told from the perspectives of the female character in the story but the stories were written in a way that the things that happened without the female characters were filled in without it taking away from the story. I read this book so long ago, but I do remember it quite well. It was my favorite Disney princess book when I was younger. Yes, I do realize Esmerelda is not a princess, but this company who made the book decided to acknowledge her as one. What I loved about this book is that it was gigantic! It wasn't one of those tiny five minute reads on one of the princesses. It went into detail and it kept me busy.
