The Political Spirit

Author Faisal Malick uncovers political propaganda masquerading as a quest for the greater good, and unmasks the political spirit behind Islam. The Political Spirit is a sobering, straight forward book that exposes the truth of power and politics. It uncovers the facade of corrupt governing systems and religious hypocrisy by showing you what really drives people to lose their moral compass in the pursuit of power. The political spirit forges alliances with religious and Jezebel spirits to forward a hideous hidden agenda. You can learn to recognize, resist, and defeat The Political Spirit .

Every country needs a government to establish authority. But while God´s autority will bring blessing corrupt governments can eaven spread death. Malick reveals that authorities can become a so called strong man, that´s a term the Bibel uses. A strong man rules his territory by political spirit. Malick explains the stories of Herod, John the Baptist and Esther referring to the political spirit. He draws a clear picture of God´s government in contrast to the political spirit. He talks about how to come under God´s authority. Malick also explains the political spirit behind Islam. He gives biblical insights in the destiny of Islam through the story of Ishmael. To understand the root of terrorism was eye opening. Also all knowledge about the ways of God´s authority are helpfull. But I found the book difficult to read due to a lack of structure. Yes, we are to pray for leaders and to obey authorities. But what would that really mean under a Hitler regime in Germany? Some pastors taught their community to obey Hitler because he was established by God. I cannot say that I feel comfortable with this view and I have serious doubt. So in general this is a very interesting book. But I miss clear advice about terror regimes. Faisal Malick is a former muslim and his teaching about Islam and the problem of Islam is touching your heart. A very good book about the political spirit and Islam but I could have used more direct examples to get better understanding.
