Ok this review might be long cause I'm reading the box set and I want to review each book as I read them. Book One: This book is amazing. I'm bout ready to murk Tay. He just be doin to much. Why do they always cheat on they girl wit the thot friend. Raven should be ashamed but when do hoes ever care about someone else feelings. I hate Shanti lost her baby. I hope she leave Tay sorry self and be with Ahmad. Niggas can dish it but can't take it. He worried about a kiss he betta be worried about that baby at the door. I'm glad Kya finally got rid of Blow because he was gonna end up killing her with all them beatings. On to the next one.
Book Two: Kentay just needs to sit down somewhere. All the dirt he did to Shanti but can't let go when she finally done. He just gonna shove that baby down her throat and expect her to be fine with it. Him and that baby would have been missing. Kya just as bad as Raven. I thought she was better than that. Slick is a good dude and I thought him and Kya would be an item but he fell for Amanda. Please let Ahmad be ok cause I love him for Shanti.
Book Three: I'm so glad Kentay have gotten his act together. I guess kids will change a person sometimes. Ahmad and Shanti's love is so strong and pure, I just love them. I knew Amanda was shady and I'm glad Slick peeped her game before it was to late. I hope him and Kya marriage together be successful. I hate what happened to Big Al.
BOOK FOUR: I'm so proud of Kentay cause he have really grown as a man. Courtney finally got over her insecurities over Ashanti and Kentay's past. Shanti and Ahmad have been good and stayed strong in their marriage. I'm glad Seth learn his lesson to follow your first instinct because that one mistake almost cost him his future wife. Kya have been through so much and trying to become a better person and still got people gunning for her. I knew Something was up with Ken. I wonder what he was gonna do with her after he kidnapped her. What ever his plans were Tia and Cierra messed them up. I see Cierra was just as delusional as her sister Raven. I'm glad Kya handled her. This was an awesome series and I really enjoyed it.💖💘

Woooww
I loved this series!! There were so many twists and turns. I hate how the girls found out that Big Al was their dad and he suddenly got killed l. I also was shocked that Kentay and Ashanti really didn’t get back together but it’s true when a woman’s fed up!!! I love Ahmad n Ashanti together though because they are goals!! LOL!! I’m glad Kya finally got her happy ending because I just knew miss thang was gonna end up dying from all the messed up stuff happening to her. But in the end I’m glad everyone had their happy ending!!!

Whew Chile!
From page one, I was on the edge of my seat! The story unfolded beautifully. Some parts I wanted the story to end then I didn’t want it to end. I cried and prayed so much, I felt like I was going through all they went through with them. In the end, there were many heartbreaks and heartaches but so glad that everyone found their happy place. Will Dennis and Tina find love in each other? Just a thought.

Love the love
This is my 1st time reading anything by this author, I fell in love with the book, all the characters, I laughed, I cried, was ready to kick a couple of asses.... the crew was definitely loveable, there wasn't any underhanded snake stuff going on between the girls , it was a bond, a family and that's something that I enjoyed. When dirt was done, they spoke the truth on it, they were REAL. I loved the journey through the characters eyes.

Can’t help who you fall for
This series was great, at first I was like Te and his girl has too much drama but really it was him and I feel in love with her energy. Kia fooled me because I actually thought she was going to be the hood, I’ll fuck some crap up type chic but she showed a different side. Layla made her dude boss up but I was most proud of Te and Aumaud mending their relationship. Great read

Omg!!! This is a good series to read!!! I loved Ashanti and Ahmad together and Slick and Kya and Kentay grew on me and Courtney. But Cierra and Raven had some deep deep issues that they needed help for. Their mom was crazy herself. I’m glad baby Kendra pulled through. She lost mom and auntie and grandma. Dam shame!!! Twyla T keep them coming! Love ur books girl!!!!

Good Read
Thought I would get tired of this series. I didn't the stories flowed so well, some of the situations that were happening in the book could have and did happen to some people in real life. I knew Kentay, Slick, Kya Ashanti and if I'm being honest that life runs like that sometimes. Good story can't wait until the next series.

Totally enjoyable!!
This was an excellent series! Well written, good character development, edge of your seat plots and some sizzling sexual encounters. Totally enjoyed the growth and development of the characters and the storyline. Indeed, it is not how you start but how you finish!!

What a page turner !!
I gave you 5 stars hands down.. couldn't put it down.
The story was vivid and inviting, all the characters were interesting and made you believe that love can conquer life's ups and downs.

Best Character Development
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this series! I felt an connection with a few of the characters. I could see myself in Ashanti and Kya. Ashanti was fearless and full of strength. Kya for me spoke to my inner self. Someone that despite what she went through, she always looked for peace! Every character grew so much from the first book! Loved it!

Good series
Glad I bought this box set. Lots of action and drama. Everyone had a fitting ending. Kya went through so much in her young life. They all did. It was great to watch this crew grow and mature. Plenty of editing errors, but definitely recommend.
