well there's time I won't get back. For a tongue and cheek ramble on British bureaucrats, even quite dated, it does not hold to much besides bashing.

Took me sometime to find this book , as it is out of print, and now I wish it had stayed lost.

Entertaining, but out of date.

Amusing, but a lot of it really isn't relevant any more. Having said that, I've dealt with many "Twitmarshes" over the years and they haven't changed one tiny bit...

Out of date but quite funny. I found myself saying ‘wealthy white male has enough time to write letters wasting people’s time and then write a book about it’

A nice quick and entertaining read! A collection of short stories featuring the Twitmarshes of officialdom that we all meet in day to day life and how to tie them up in their own red tape and bureaucracy.

A brief and somewhat dated poke in the bureaucratic ribs that is sadly echoed even now in both Government and business.
