The mind body connection is crucial to understanding healing since we’re not just hunks of flesh walking around. This 10th edition is phenomenal, and especially when I learned how to really use it to not only process emotions but release them completely by using plants. Fascinating book! The app is great to take along.

Learn emotions with oils

This is the third version of this book I’ve read. It gets better and better. The oils are aligned with doTERRA’s offerings. It breaks down deep emotional roots one may encounter and how to use the oils to support an emotionally balanced life.

I loved this updated 9th version! I haven't seen any new versions since I bought the original book, and there are so many more resources and explanations in this one! Plus it has all the new oils too. I'm glad I got this new one to update my library.
