A wonderfully real and inspirational read about one woman's journey of transforming her life into something bigger than herself. Love this book! It was so inspiring to read how a depressed, overweight and drug-using single mom found a purpose like finding a cure for the pancreatic cancer that took her father, and channeled that purpose into running 52 marathons in 52 weeks. Since only 1% of the world has even run one marathon, 52 in a year is a mind-blowing accomplishment. She does not sugar-coat any of the bad things she has done in her life. Absolutely loved this book. Couldn’t put it down. Great story and journey for Julie to find running, take it to an extreme, and do something very good and inspiring with it. Loved her writing style as well as the flow of it. Hope she writes more books. She’s a great writer1

Lovely person and amazing!

Honest and inspiring! Julie is open and exciting. The book really relates how wonderful running can be and all of the challenges people face in life. So glad to read this book!
