Another quick, sexy read from Alexa Riley! I like reading these insta-lust stories because they take me out of reality for just a little while! There is rarely any angst in these stories and I know what I am going to get when I read one of these books! As long as she keeps writing them; I’ll keep reading them!🤣

Whatever you say, the award for the best cover always goes to Alexa Riley books.
This one I enjoyed way better than the first book. Hero and heroine were made for each other . I particularly enjoyed their backstory. Epilogue was so cute.

A companion to Virgin Husband this is Savannah and Wyatt's story. The news of Savannah and Aiden's fake marriage is causing quite the shitstorm and Savannah needs a place to hide out. Enter Wyatt. Savannah 's rich father couldn't stomach his daughter 's high school crush, but Wyatt is a successful lawyer now and he declares his love for Savannah. Insta love, putting the overbearing father in his place, and a happy marriage and babies follow.

The epilogues were pretty sexy, and I'm excited to read about Gia next.

I wasn't looking forward to read Virgin Wife because of one simple reason. Wyatt was a dick. He humiliated a woman he supposedly loved .
That being said, if you manage to forget this particular tidbit, it can be an enjoyable read.

Everything okay with the story, it's dirty with over the top obsessive H, but it's just wasn't for me. Wyatt was too manipulating and Savannah was too accepting and enjoying it.

Honest the two main characters didn’t exactly appeal after the behaviour in book one.
Savannah has spent her life behaving and doing everything expected of her and what she is told by her parents. Her marriage was meant to free her but still she felt trapped. Now with Aiden annulling their marriage and the whole world knowing she’s a virgin she’s in a tailspin when Wyatt sweeps her off her feet and shows her everything she could have.
Wyatt has loved Savannah since he saw her at fourteen years old but being from the wrong side of the tracks he knew he didn’t stand a chance but one day he would. And now it’s time for he plans to come to fruition with her marriage over and he’s a successful lawyer he’s ready to make her his.
Cannot wait to read the next book and this was a great read.

Things are not always what they seems when it comes to Savannah and Wyatt in "Virgin Wife" by Alexa Riley. Savannah wasn't a spoiled diva and nothing like her damaged parents. Savannah had dreams -- big dreams who also had a love/hate relationship with cocky, Wyatt!
This was an enjoyable steamy read with a very self assured lawyer who has loved Savannah since he was 14 years old and who does what he must to make her his after Aiden from "Virgin Husband"! Even getting the dirty on Savannah's father!
Really looking forward in reading Gia and Marco's story in "Virgin Roommate."

This one was tiny bit better then the first book.. i hated them cheating fools in book 1.. and felt bad for Savannah since she was painted as the bad person the evil ex-wife when she wasn't.. as for the hero in this.. Wyatt i had mixed emotions i love he was q caveman but was pissed he never fought for her since he's know her at age 14 and he wanted her since then.. he started fighting for her after her loveless marriage ended.. he was also her lawyer also i would blame him for tricking her into marrying him.. but girl didn't read what she signed lol ALWAYS READ WHAT YOU SIGN ..still was alittle better then the first book.. im sad this wasn't a fave in AR books.. :/

Both these characters were in The Virgin Husband and I HATED them. I still hated them for probably the first half of this book. They are both annoying, selfish, rude, and mean. Then for some reason halfway through the book they got personality transplants I didn’t understand because they had no actual growth. So while it became a readable book… I still hate them and only want the worst for them lol.
Bonus star for virgin hero but disappointingly he knew exactly what he was doing like he’d had sex a thousand times *sigh*. I hate that.

A little better than the first book. Even though it's a different couple. My small problem was that in the first chapters Savannah said that she hated Wyatt only to confess her eternal love a few chapters later.

At the end of Virgin Husband, I was not sure I wanted to read about Savannah and Wyatt. He kinda seemed like an ass and I wasn't sure I was going to like her. Well, I shouldn't have doubted AR. Shame on me.
The story was told very well. Looking back on when they both were in their teens gave a little more insight at what was really going on and showed the reasons why they were where they are now. Wyatt was an ass but not to Savannah. He was in love with her and had been since they met. He's wanted her and only her. Savannah's always had feelings for Wyatt but was afraid her asshole of a father would make trouble for him, so she kept her distance. Once her marriage to Aiden is done, Wyatt is full on caveman. Love that in a man!

Again, don't make the mistake I almost made. I recommend reading Virgin Husband before this one.

Another nice one from AR. I liked this book better than the first one, just wished it was longer. Won't give out details but that surprising twist right in the beginning of the book was extremely sweet. I was not expecting it!
Wyatt was very alpha and Savannah seemed sweeter than she was briefly portrayed in the first book. Both are hot for each other since high school. I just can't get over this paper marriage issue that somehow ruined both the books for me. Savannah and Aiden were both from wealthy families, I'm sure there had to be more ways out of their predicament than marrying each other. Sorry but my heart doesn't agree on this arrangement!

Virgin Wife is the story of Savannah after her marriage, in name only, to Aiden was annulled.
Savannah was tired of having to be the perfect daughter. She wanted to find what Aiden found with Caroline.
Wyatt knew he was in love with Caroline at the age of fourteen. Everything about her good or bad he worshipped. Not that she noticed. It was the three of them together. Her father hated Wyatt and what, where came from. Her father really hated Wyatt, even more, when he was able to get into the prestige high school that Aiden and Caroline went to.
Now that Aiden is out of the picture, for now, Wyatt called Savannah and told her that she needed to come to the office and sign more papers. She gets ready and stops for a coffee at the barista. While waiting in line she hears two girls whispering and she turns to see the girls attempting to cover their laughter. She advances in the line up to only her phone give notice that she has been tagged she clicked on it and the word, VIRGIN, pops up on the screen.
Horrified she leaves the barista, gets into her car and drives to Wyatt's office. Composing herself and wipes away any lingering tears she's ready.
When she gets to Wyatt's floor tells herself all you have to do is to get thru this meeting.

Can you read this as a standalone, yes, both books can actually be read as standalones, but honestly, you get more from the story by reading both. I liked this book better than I thought I was going to. In Virgin Husband, both Savannah and Wyatt did not rub me the right way. So I was hoping that in their book they would redeem themselves. Of course, AR never lets us down. I fell in love with Wyatt and everything that he has done for Savannah not just recently, but on the picture that they showed of him in the past. Great story and of course a HEA for everyone.

I really didn’t think I’d like Savannah and Quinn’s story as much as Caroline and Aiden’s—since Savannah was a little rough around the edges in The Virgin Husband—but, if possible Savannah and Quinn were even sweeter! Maybe it’s because they’d both been secretly pining for the other for so long. But, their HEA is sweet, steamy, and I loved every second!

I was very much on the fence about this couple. In Virgin Husband they ,IMHO, were very unlikable .
They definitely redeemed themselves in Virgin Wife. We also find out why they were the way they were in Virgin Husband.
Highly recommend this novella.

I wasn’t going to read this because Wyatt seemed like an ass in the previous book and Savannah was also made out to be a huge bitch there too. But I was pleasantly surprised with this one.
It turns out that Wyatt has actually been in love with Savannah since he was 14 and has been trying to make something of himself to be worthy of her since. Then the whole fake marriage with Aiden happened... but since they ended up annulling that, Wyatt saw his chance and jumped in. He tricked Savannah into signing some documents that she thought were related to the annulment to Aiden but was actually for her marriage to Wyatt. I didn’t really agree with that but she did sign without reading it. Dick move on Wyatt’s part but he turned out to be a good guy for Savannah in the end. AND he was a virgin - he saved himself for her. Awwwww!
I feel like I rate all of these shorter reads the same, but oh well. Another 3.5⭐️ read for this one.
