Excellent publication. The readings are generally relevant, refreshing and a clear exposition of the text selected

Most of the writers show depth and relevance. The idea of drawing writers from different backgrounds enriches the material, opens it for surprises and reduces monotony. Obviously, some writers are for more creative than others, and are able to keep the interest.
I would recommend the book, as a very practical and theologically sound devotional guide. It is suitable reading for anyone who takes their devotions as a disciple seriously.
