As a hybrid shapeshifter—half siren, half angel—Selene of the Kunu Clan is one of a kind.
It’s a label that makes her the target of a rebel faction of supernatural creatures that seeks to claim her power.

But her power is undeveloped and more a danger to herself than an aid. Yet her magic is her only advantage over the vicious vampires and fierce shifters who seek to elim

Aren't we lucky that Ms. Ashta has so much imagination inside? Siren Magic is the latest entry in a series coming from Ms. Ashta. Sirangel is the story of Selene who started out the day as a mermaid but upon being transported ashore, lost her tail and instead got legs. Not just an ordinary mermaid but, rather, a siren. Alas,.Selena is not just a siren but also an angel. A new breed, with new problems, among them, since she is a half breed of a new kind, there is no one to know what to expect her ...more

This is a fantastic start to a new series! A siren / angel, Selene is a hybrid shapeshifter like nothing seen of before! A fantastic storyline filled with twists and turns, this will have you on the edge of your seat as Selene try’s to avoid capture from other supernatural who want her powers! This truly is a magical read with fab characters and I can’t wait to read the next Book!

From beginning to end this book is like a magical roller coaster - you can barely catch a breath before the next loop gets you and you're diving then swooping (these words are so appropriate to this book) through a new discovery or development.

I am utterly in awe of not only the incredibly detailed stories (with plot within plot within plot within plot) that Lucia creates but also how marvelously they are written – you feel the angst, the confusion, the sadness, the fears and you run the full g

True to Ms Ashta’s wonderful talent, this book was very well written and worth the read. Wonder and magic are in its contents. The very witty banter among the characters kept me smiling. And the comical descriptions about all the action happening around them made me chuckle. Selene the Sirangel is both siren and angel with no idea what magic she has nor how to use it. Two entertaining fairies have sought her out to invite her to The Magical Creatures Academy but met with havoc wreaked by evil cr ...more

Innocence is beautiful, but totally useless in a war.
And Selene now appeared directly in the middle of one.
Being the daughter of a siren and an angel, she was an outcast most of her life, and now was sent on land clueless of her true nature and the magic she possesses. However, facing the threats of the supernatural world, her magic awakens and the two fairies, one mean witch, one dangerous shifter, and another hybrid help her understand what following her instincts may accomplish.

Siren Magic is book 1 in the Sirangel series. Lucia Ashta has again brought her amazing imagination and creativity to bear in the creation of this first in series . Her character development, storyline, and awesome plot are so well done you are drawn into the story from the beginning and become so involved that you do not want to leave until the last page just to have a strong desire for more. This is a rollercoaster ride with lots of ups and downs, twists and turns, and a real page turner. I am ...more

Another great book by Lucia Ashta!!

As always, I really enjoyed this book by Lucia Ashta. She's great at character much so that your sad to get to the end of a character's storyline. The only reasons I gave this a 4 star reviewI was 1) even though this is a stand alone story, you can tell that you've missed a lot of the characters story because you didn't read the series previous to this one. I'll definitely be going back to read the Magical Creatures Academy to get caught up....

I voluntarily review an ARC.
This is the first book of the Sirangel series. The books should be read in order.
There's no need to read the previous series by Lucia Ashta Magical Arts Academy before. You might already know some characters and institutions, but this isn't important to enjoy this new series.
How would you feel if you lived eighteen years as a siren almost without magic and on your first day on land you get legs and wings, learn confusing new stuff about the supernatural world and are

I really liked half siren, half angel—Selene she knows shes a fish out of water when she ends up at Irving's place on the word of the Sea Witch Mulunu. And her being part Angel is a shocker because they don't breed like other paranormals. Quinn was so awesome with the way he trys to protect her and I cant wait to find out what he is. And to be completely honest I think that Fianna the Crimson and Nessa the Sapphire the fairies, who stripped of naked to take a bath in tea cups, I loved that scene ...more

Fantastic start of a new series!!! ❤... So magical!!!... Selene is send to land, totally out of her element and hit with surprise after surprise, her innocence is adorable but can lead her to a lot of danger!!! 😨... She will have to trust magical creatures she just met, to discover and learn to use her powers... Shifters, fairies, witches, wizards, hybrids and, or course, the bad guys that are chasing her... I'm eager to discover all the adventures Selene and her new friends will have, can't wai ...more

OMG! Talk about totally rocking this new series from the start. Lucia once again leaves me in awe. Such depth and individuality. Strong characters, amazing storyline with an outstanding plot keeps you immersed till the end. Twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few glitches and scrapes really bring this bad boy roaring to life flawlessly. The characters and scenes are written with such realism it's easy to get drawn into this incredibe work of art. Remar

What an amazing start to a series.

A coming of age rite sends Selene to Irving, almost killing her in the process and alerting the entire supernatural community to her existence. Selene is one of a kind, part siren part angel and everyone wants her for their own purposes; now that they know about her.

With Witches, Vampires, fairies (who bathe in teacups) and shifters, this is a series not to be missed.
Oh, did I forget to mention that Sir Lancelot also makes an appearance? Anyone who has read Lu

I am in love with this world!

Each book I've read within this world is so full of magic and wonder. There is the danger factor that keeps the book entertaining, but I believe that even without that element, I would be captivated by the book.

Selene is thrown into a world so foreign to her, she can't even get used to her new legs before something else is thrust into her lap. New found friends and enemies both seen and unseen make for a very enchanted read. I look forward to more stories within this

A Siren's calling.

Great story and characters. The story was action packed with a good historical timeline since the heroines birth but not long winded. It kept me exasperated with what was going to happen next. Recommend highly to readers. Kudos to the author for her creativity.😊

This first in series was a fantastic beginning - introducing us to some amazing characters and creatures. The world this author has created is inviting and interesting and I am excited to learn more about its inhabitants.

What is a sirangel you ask?

Please do read the story and find out! <3

The characters are lovable and fun to read. The world is wide and filled with a remarkable variety of species. It's a page-turner and makes for a fast read. This story is filled with magic and imagination. I absolutely cannot wait for the sequel! Or the first tale in the Magical Menagerie series. Whichever comes out next!!! <3

I'm Lucía Ashta, creator of alternate realities and the kind of stories I like to get lost in as a reader. I love magical adventures (the more magical, the better!) that fascinate me with their twists, turns, and wild characters, both human and otherwise, so that's what I write. Fresh stories that move beyond the ordinary to explore what's possible when we suspend disbelief.
