A sweet lovely book. Patrica finds herself pregnant after a brief fling with TY an African American visiting Ghana. He returns for a short stay to attend a wedding in Ghana, only to discover that Patricia is pregnant. He wants to do the right thing by marrying her. He goes through a lot of challenges before he finally convinces her.
Great chemistry between the two.
Well written.
I loved TY so much that there were times I wanted to strangle Patricia. A good looking man, employed, makes her

I’m usually anti-baby in my romance stories. No, not because I hate babies, but because I’ve read so many that didn’t completely sell me on the couple being together (or convince themselves either), before a surprise baby was added like Bondo, sealing them together for all eternity. Oh, yeah… and they’re in lurve.

Kthanxbye.

But this author is three-for-three with me (with two more on the TBR), always delivering a satisfying read, so I had to go all-in on Expecting Ty’s Baby.

Interesting...

When I discovered this author, this was actually the book I was most excited to read because of the secret baby trope (which is a favourite). Ty is a financial guru from the US who has recently returned to Ghana for his best friend’s wedding after visiting briefly on business. During his previous visit, he had met Patricia, a Ghanaian makeup artist and aspiring beauty spa owner and they hit it off on a hook up basis. But there have been permanent consequences and Tricia is uncertai

I have been given this book in exchange for an honest review. I have given Expecting Ty's Baby by Empi Baryeh five out of five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book is specifically for adult readers only, due to the explicit language and sexual scenes throughout the book.
I really, REALLY enjoyed this book! I was completely enticed in the characters and events which were happening in Ghana. This book was saucy, passionate, sexy and incredibly well-written. I loved the African traditional cultural parts you l

Good Book

I enjoyed reading about Ty's and Patricia love journey. I'm glad that Thane and Naaki's wedding brought them back together again and Ty found out that she was pregnant with his baby. The book had a good amount of drama but ended abruptly in my opinion. I wanted to know the sex of the baby, if they ever found her dad, and how her mom reacted to them getting married.

I’ve waited a long time for the second book in the From Ghana with Love series. As much as I liked book 1, I enjoyed book 2 even more. Both Ty and Patricia have histories that do not make for them having a favorable extended relationship, much less a baby. Yet the two were perfect for each other.

They had a fierce attraction, shared a lot in common, and complimented each other. The baby brought a complication they hadn’t expected. I wonder if they would’ve realized this if they hadn’t accidentall

Okay Read

Lots of back and forth. Lots of baggage for both the hero and the heroine. Sometimes it bogged down the story. All's well that ends well - good HEA ending.

Dear Reader,
Thank you for picking Expecting Ty's Baby. This is the second instalment in my From Ghana with Love series. No problem if you haven't read book 1, Chancing Faith. You can enjoy this as a standalone novel, although if you're like me, then you're anal about starting the series from the beginning (no pressure).

Expecting Ty's Baby has one of my favorite romance tropes: secret pregnancy. I love babies, and I enjoy reading books about two people drawn together by the wonderful life they've
