An easy read with some good teaching practices. The book explains eight highly effective strategies for teachers and what it looks like to implement them. I love the section on student relationships and teacher enthusiasm. Teaching is relationship, relationship, relationship. Good book. It gave me some insight into my strengths and weaknesses and how to improve as a life long learning teacher.
