Timber: United States Marshal #9

Marshal Jake Timber Must Die!

Rate this book
The ninth explosive book in the "Timber: United States Marshal" Western Series!

Jake Timber is a tortured man, repaying his debt to society for avenging the brutal murders of his wife and daughter. In his work as a special agent, tasked with ridding the territory of criminals, he takes no prisoners, and gives no mercy. His job is to hunt down wanted men, asking no questions before delivering his own brand of justice through the barrel of a gun.

Marshal Jake Timber wasn't a man who made friends. Plenty of men wanted to do him harm, but there was one above all others. When Romeo Platt hires five of the most ruthless gunslingers he can find to kill Timber, he thought he had a foolproof plan. Little did he realize that Timber, whether through his own skill with a gun or just plain luck, often comes out on top. He wants Timber dead, but is there enough money in the world to hire enough gunslingers to do the job?

This short story is full of action and suspense. Parts are incredible and took several rereads to make sense. I still wonder if this publishing company or author have an editor.

OK Book

Not one of the best books in the Timber: US Marshal series. Hamlin seems to do better without a co-author.

As always, Timber once again shows his stuff, and the story definitely befitting of his previous versions of this series. Infected ceases to amaze me how Mr. Hanlon is so creative throughout this entire Timber serids, and no two stories are unbelievably the same. I have democracy and every unique experience of Timber, as he definitely is unique in his quest for justice, and not necessarily what the late maates. As always, Mr. Hanlon, another job well defined!!

Another outstanding five star masterpiece by a master of great American western escapades with enough excitement to pacify the most demanding reader's undivided attention from beginning to end. I have fortunate enough to have read each and every Timber novel and all of my expectations have been exceeded .by this outstanding author. If you love excitement with just a scattering of suspense blended in, then read the Jake Timber series.
The many outstanding characters submitted by the author are successfully entertaining and their assigned storylines definitely represents each and everyone specifically designed to meet the very demands of each individual reader.
Most definitely recommend this book, and series, to each Kindle reader, regardless of your literary preference, as there is enough exciting adventures to pacify the most demanding reader's expectations. To not follow the Timber triumphs will m most assuredly be you loss!😤

HE'S COMING BECAUSE YOU FAILED

Timber is in the town of Nugget, tracking another hazardous murdering owlhoot. Meanwhile there's a man in Wyoming whose put a bounty on him. This man was suppose to be dead by the hands of Timber, but he didn't die in the flames of fire which Marshal Timber thought had finished the serial rapist, whose father's wealth had protected him from the law. This was the man who had murdered Timber's wife and baby daughter...tragic tragic. This serial rapist was caught by Timber raping a batgirl in the alley. Timber pulled guy off the girl, and because of this the serial rapist hired men to beat Timber to death. They almost got him but Timber fought like a panther cornered, street fighter no holds barred..So now he sends four or five of supposedly the best gunnies for hire to track Timber down and kill him...I don't care if this man hires fifty men they will have a tough time murdering Marshal Jake Timber..you know the tide has CHANGED, Timber has now become the pursuers hunting the prey...no pity or anxiety for Timber, but ROMEO PLATT watch your back..he's coming....not good
